Pre Delivery Testing. (a) General Before Supplier delivers any Deliverable to a JPMC Entity or a Recipient, or provides access to any Deliverable to the extent they will be delivered remotely, Supplier will verify that the Deliverable is in full compliance with all applicable specifications, including functional, performance and operational specifications described in the applicable Schedule (“Documentation”) or other written technical specifications provided to, or agreed with, JPMorgan Chase & Co. about the Deliverable which are referred to and incorporated in to a Schedule (“Compliance”). Upon JPMC’s request, Supplier will permit JPMC or any Recipient (or its designees) to observe that verification and obtain a report of all results.

Pre Delivery Testing. Prior to delivery of the Application as part of the first release to Client, Verisk will carry out pre-delivery testing to ensure that the Application is in substantial accordance with its Documentation.
Pre Delivery Testing. PanAmSat shall have Xxxxxx conduct the pre-Delivery testing of PAS-6B in a manner that does not interfere with Buyer's use of Buyer's Transponders on PAS-6. PanAmSat shall use all reasonable efforts to coordinate with Xxxxxx (who conducts the pre-Delivery in-orbit check out of PAS-6B) to allow Buyer, in consultation with PanAmSat, if practical under the circumstances, to test Buyer's transmit and receive equipment to be used with PAS-6B on a noncommercial basis during the post-launch, pre-Delivery period; provided that such tests do not interfere with the in-orbit testing, maneuvers, or other related activities that are being conducted. PanAmSat shall cooperate with Buyer in carrying out such testing. Buyer shall comply with all of the provisions of this Agreement regarding such transmissions and any other additional restrictions of which it may be notified vis-a-vis the requirement not to interfere with the in-orbit tests or related activities relative to PAS-6B. Buyer shall be responsible for any damage caused by its failure to abide by any of these conditions.
Pre Delivery Testing. 6.1 The Developer shall, prior to any delivery thereof under this Agreement, carry out all such tests at the Developer’s facilities in accordance with Schedule 3 (if so indicated on the Front Sheet) and otherwise as may be necessary fully to ascertain that the Product will provide the functions and facilities required under this Agreement and otherwise comply with the Requirements and Specifications (if any).
Pre Delivery Testing. Before delivering and/or installing the Software, the Developer shall (i) test the Software to confirm that it is fully operable, meets all applicable Specifications, and will function in accordance with the Specifications and Documentation, (ii) scan the Software using the most up-to-date scanning software and definitions to confirm it is free of Harmful Code, (iii) remedy any non-conformity or Harmful Code identified and retest and rescan the Software, and (iv) prepare, test, and, as necessary, revise the Documentation component of the Software to confirm it is complete and accurate and conforms to all requirements of this Agreement.

  • Service Delivery Grantee shall: 1. Adhere to the Priority Populations for Treatment Programs as stated in the SUD UM Guidelines. 2. Maintain Daily Capacity Management Report in CMBHS as required in the SUD UM Guidelines. 3. Maintain a Waiting List to track all eligible individuals who have been screened but cannot be admitted to SUD treatment immediately. i. Grantee that has an individual identified as a federal and state priority population on the waiting list shall confirm this in the Daily Capacity Management Report. ii. Grantee shall arrange for appropriate services in another treatment facility or provide access to interim services as indicated within 48 hours when efforts to refer to other appropriate services are exhausted. iii. Grantee shall offer directly or through referral interim services to wait-listed individuals. iv. Establish a wait list that includes priority populations and interim services while awaiting admission to treatment services. v. Develop a mechanism to maintain contact with individuals awaiting admission. 4. If unable to provide admissions to individuals within Priority Populations for Treatment Programs according to SUD UM Guidelines: i. Implement written procedures that address maintaining weekly contact with individuals waiting for admissions as well as what referrals are made when a client cannot be admitted for services immediately. ii. When Grantee cannot admit a client, who is at risk for dangerous for withdrawal, Grantee shall ensure that an emergency medical care provider is notified. iii. Coordinate with an alternate provider for immediate admission. iv. Notify Substance Use Disorder (Xxxxxxxxx_Xxx_Xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx) so that assistance can be provided that ensures immediate admission to other appropriate services and proper coordination when appropriate. v. Provide pre-admission service coordination to reduce barriers to treatment, enhance motivation, stabilize life situations, and facilitate engagement in treatment. vi. Adhere to Informed Consent Document for Opioid Use Disorder applicable to the individual as stated in the SUD UM Guidelines. vii. When an individual is placed on the Wait List, Grantee shall document interim services as referrals that provides applicable testing, counseling, and treatment for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), tuberculosis (TB) and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

  • SERVICE DELIVERABLES You will receive service on the Covered Product as described below: Carry-In: Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Covered Product must be shipped or delivered and retrieved by You at Our authorized service center during normal business hours. In-Home/On-Site: Service will be performed in Your home or on-site as indicated on the Declarations Page of this Agreement, or on Your sales receipt or invoice provided You have fulfilled the following requirements: (1) provide Our authorized technician with accessibility to the Covered Product; (2) provide a non-threatening and safe environment for Our authorized technician; and (3) an adult over the age of 18 must be present for the period of time Our authorized technician is scheduled to provide service and while Our authorized technician is on Your property servicing the Covered Product. In-Home Service will be provided by Our authorized service provider during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Our authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop. The Covered Product will be returned upon completion. Additional time and mileage charges for in-home repairs outside of twenty-five (25) contiguous land miles or the normal service radius of Our authorized service center are not covered by this Agreement, and are Your responsibility.
