Changes to Statements of Work. Either party may propose changes to the scope or time schedule of the Services under a Statement of Work. Requests for changes will be submitted to the other party in writing for consideration of feasibility and the likely effect on the cost and schedule for performance of the Services. The parties will mutually agree upon any proposed changes, including resulting equitable adjustments to costs and schedules for the performance of the Services. The agreed changes will be documented in one or more Change Orders.

Changes to Statements of Work. Changes to a Statement of Work may be provided through recommendation(s) by the Steering Committee as described in Section 3.7. Upon receipt of such changes to the Statement of Work, the Parties shall execute an amendment to the applicable Statement of Work reflecting such changes.
Changes to Statements of Work. Customer may at any time request in writing (each, a “Change Request”) changes to any Statement of Work, including changes to the Services, Work Product, Implementation Plan, or any Specifications (each, a “Change”). Upon Customer’s submission of a Change Request, the parties shall evaluate and implement all Changes in accordance with this Section 3.4. (a) As soon as reasonably practicable, and in any case within 3 days following receipt of a Change Request, Developer shall provide Customer with a written proposal for implementing the requested Change (”Change Proposal”), setting forth: (i) a written description of the proposed Changes to any Services, Work Product, or Deliverables; (ii) an amended Implementation Plan reflecting: (A) the schedule for commencing and completing any additional or modified Services, Work Product, or Deliverables; and (B) the effect of such Changes, if any, on completing any other Services or Work Product under the Statement of Work; (iii) any additional Third-Party Materials, Open Source Components, and Customer Resources Developer deems necessary to carry out such Changes; and (iv) any increase or decrease in Fees resulting from the proposed Changes, which increase or decrease shall reflect only the increase or decrease in time and expenses Developer requires to carry out the Change. (b) Within 3 days following Customer’s receipt of a Change Proposal, Customer shall by written notice to Developer, approve, reject, or propose modifications to such Change Proposal. If Customer proposes modifications, Developer shall modify and re-deliver the Change Proposal reflecting such modifications, or notify Customer of any disagreement therewith, in which event the parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve their disagreement. Upon Customer’s approval of the Change Proposal or the parties’ agreement on all proposed modifications thereto, as the case may be, the parties shall execute a written agreement to the Change Proposal (”Change Agreement”), which Change Agreement shall constitute an amendment to the Statement of Work to which it relates; and (c) If the parties fail to enter into a Change Agreement within 5 days following Customer’s response to a Change Proposal, Customer shall have the right, in its discretion, to: (i) require Developer to perform the Services under the Statement of Work without the Change; (ii) require Developer to continue to negotiate a Change Agreement; or (iii) notwithstanding any provision to the contra...
Changes to Statements of Work. Changes in any Statement of Work or in any of the Specifications or Deliverables under any Statement of Work shall become effective only when a written change request is executed by authorized representatives of both parties. All change requests with respect to this Agreement, any Statement of Work, or any Specifications or Deliverables must be accepted by both parties.

If action or inaction by Customer, or its suppliers’ failure to perform their responsibilities in a timely manner, prevents CGI from or delays CGI in performing the Services, CGI will be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the schedule for performance. Changes to Statements of Work. Either Party may propose the additional of new activities to be conducted under the Statement of Work, variations in the details of a Statement of Work or the underlying Budget to such Statement of Work if such Party determines that such change would be beneficial to the Study or the work performed under such Statement of Work by requesting such variations to the other Party (each such a “Change Request”). For the avoidance of doubt, if Institution or Investigator wishes to make such a Change Request, such Change Request may be transmitted by email to Foundation’s principal point of contact for contracting as set forth in Section 1(a). Each Change Request will detail the requested changes to the applicable tasks, responsibility, duty, Budget, time line or other matter under the Statements of Work. A Change Request will become effective as an amendment to such Statement of Work only upon the execution of a formal amendment by each Party’s authorized representatives detailing the changes in such Change Request that have been agreed by the Parties. Each Party agrees to act in good faith and promptly when considering a Change Request from the other Party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, modifications to the Statement of Work will be subject to Foundation’s written approval, in its sole discretion.
Changes to Statements of Work. The parties may modify the Services through an updated SOW reflecting such modifications and any resulting changes in Fees. Such updated SOW shall be executed by the parties and made a part of the MSA.

Changes to Statements of Work. (a) The Client must pay a ‘change in scope fee’, Crewmojo (Change Fee), for changes to the Solution (whether requested by the Client or suggested by Crewmojo) which alter the scope set out in the relevant Statement of Work and require Crewmojo to perform additional work or incur additional costs (Changes). (b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Crewmojo may at its discretion extend or modify any delivery schedule or deadlines for the Solution as may be reasonably required by such Changes. (c) Crewmojo will only be required to perform Changes, if: (i) Crewmojo agrees in writing to perform the Changes; (ii) the Client confirms in writing that they wish for Crewmojo to proceed with the Changes and the relevant Change Fee; and (iii) the Client pays the Change Fee, in accordance with clause 7.2 as if it was a Fee.

(b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Xxxxx Xxxx Electrical may at its discretion extend or modify any delivery schedule or deadlines for the Services as may be reasonably required by such Changes. (c) Xxxxx Xxxx Electrical will only be required to perform Changes, if: (i) Xxxxx Xxxx Electrical agrees in writing to perform the Changes; (ii) the Client confirms in writing that they wish for Xxxxx Xxxx Electrical to proceed with the Changes and the relevant Change Fee; and (iii) the Client pays the Change Fee, in accordance with clause 4.3(a) as if it was a Fee. (d) This agreement will apply to any Services that are the subject of a Change without this agreement needing to be signed again.
Changes to Statements of Work. Any and all changes to a Statement of Work and the Services to be performed thereunder, except for specific changes identified and provided within the framework of procedures and terms and conditions specifically identified and provided for in Exhibit B or the Statement of Work itself, shall only be made in accordance with the change control criteria and procedures applicable to any particular Services or any aspect of any Services as described and specified in Exhibit H attached to Exhibit B (“Change Control Procedures”) and, if applicable, any supplementary procedures set forth in the applicable Statement of Work as permitted by such Change Control Procedures. Each change to any Services made by the parties properly in accordance with the Change Control Procedures shall form part of the Services for all purposes thereafter, as that term is defined and used in this MSA, for any and/or all Statements of Work involved and affected thereby
