Changes to Statements of Work. Either party may propose changes to the scope or time schedule of the Services under a Statement of Work. Requests for changes will be submitted to the other party in writing for consideration of feasibility and the likely effect on the cost and schedule for performance of the Services. The parties will mutually agree upon any proposed changes, including resulting equitable adjustments to costs and schedules for the performance of the Services. The agreed changes will be documented in one or more Change Orders.
Changes to Statements of Work. Changes to a Statement of Work may be provided through recommendation(s) by the Steering Committee as described in Section 3.7. Upon receipt of such changes to the Statement of Work, the Parties shall execute an amendment to the applicable Statement of Work reflecting such changes.
Changes to Statements of Work. Customer may at any time request in writing (each, a “Change Request”) changes to any Statement of Work, including changes to the Services, Work Product, Implementation Plan, or any Specifications (each, a “Change”). Upon Customer’s submission of a Change Request, the parties shall evaluate and implement all Changes in accordance with this Section 3.4.
Changes to Statements of Work. Changes in any Statement of Work or in any of the Specifications or Deliverables under any Statement of Work shall become effective only when a written change request is executed by authorized representatives of both parties. All change requests with respect to this Agreement, any Statement of Work, or any Specifications or Deliverables must be accepted by both parties.

Proposed changes will not become effective unless set out in a written Change Order executed by both parties. The parties will mutually agree upon any proposed changes, including resulting equitable adjustments to costs and schedules for the performance of the Services as set forth in Appendix C of DIR Contract DIR-TSO-2567. If action or inaction by Customer, or its suppliers’ failure to perform their responsibilities in a timely manner, prevents CGI from or delays CGI in performing the Services, CGI will be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the schedule for performance. In such event, the parties will mutually agree upon a Change Order documenting the adjustments.
Changes to Statements of Work. Either Party may propose the additional of new activities to be conducted under the Statement of Work, variations in the details of a Statement of Work or the underlying Budget to such Statement of Work if such Party determines that such change would be beneficial to the Study or the work performed under such Statement of Work by requesting such variations to the other Party (each such a “Change Request”). For the avoidance of doubt, if Institution or Investigator wishes to make such a Change Request, such Change Request may be transmitted by email to Foundation’s principal point of contact for contracting as set forth in Section 1(a). Each Change Request will detail the requested changes to the applicable tasks, responsibility, duty, Budget, time line or other matter under the Statements of Work. A Change Request will become effective as an amendment to such Statement of Work only upon the execution of a formal amendment by each Party’s authorized representatives detailing the changes in such Change Request that have been agreed by the Parties. Each Party agrees to act in good faith and promptly when considering a Change Request from the other Party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, modifications to the Statement of Work will be subject to Foundation’s written approval, in its sole discretion.
Changes to Statements of Work. (a) The Client must pay a ‘change in scope fee’, Crewmojo (Change Fee), for changes to the Solution (whether requested by the Client or suggested by Crewmojo) which alter the scope set out in the relevant Statement of Work and require Crewmojo to perform additional work or incur additional costs (Changes).
Changes to Statements of Work. (a) The Client must pay a ‘change in scope fee’, in an amount reasonably determined by Xxxxx Xxxx Electrical (Change Fee), for changes to Services requested by the Client which alter the scope set out in the relevant Quote and require Xxxxx Xxxx Electrical to perform additional work or incur additional costs (Changes).
Changes to Statements of Work. Any and all changes to a Statement of Work and the Services to be performed thereunder, except for specific changes identified and provided within the framework of procedures and terms and conditions specifically identified and provided for in Exhibit B or the Statement of Work itself, shall only be made in accordance with the change control criteria and procedures applicable to any particular Services or any aspect of any Services as described and specified in Exhibit H attached to Exhibit B (“Change Control Procedures”) and, if applicable, any supplementary procedures set forth in the applicable Statement of Work as permitted by such Change Control Procedures. Each change to any Services made by the parties properly in accordance with the Change Control Procedures shall form part of the Services for all purposes thereafter, as that term is defined and used in this MSA, for any and/or all Statements of Work involved and affected thereby
Changes to Statements of Work. Any change(s) to a Statement of Work shall be made by a written amendment to the applicable Statement of Work (each, a “Change Order”). The Change Order shall be signed by an authorised representative of each Party prior to implementation of the change(s).
