Common use of Pre-Natal Leave Clause in Contracts

Pre-Natal Leave. 49.20.1 In addition to the maternity leave and personal leave provisions of this Agreement, an eligible Employee, who presents a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner stating that she is pregnant, will have access to paid leave totalling up to 35 hours per pregnancy to enable her to attend the routine medical appointments associated with the pregnancy. Each absence must be covered by a medical certificate.

Pre-Natal Leave. 49.20.1 45.14.1 In addition to the maternity leave and personal sick/carer’s leave provisions of this Agreement, an eligible Employee, Employee other than a casual Employee who presents a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner stating that she is pregnant, pregnant will have access to paid leave totalling up to 35 hours per pregnancy to enable her to attend the routine medical appointments associated with the pregnancy. Each absence must be covered by a medical certificate.

Each absence must be covered by a medical certificate.

Pre-Natal Leave. 49.20.1 15.9.18(a) In addition to the maternity leave and personal parental leave provisions prescribed at clause 15.9 of this Agreement, an eligible Employee, employee who presents a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner stating that she is pregnant, will have access pregnant shall be entitled to paid leave totalling up to 35 37.5 hours per pregnancy to which will enable her the employee to attend the routine medical appointments associated with the pregnancy. Each absence must be covered by a medical certificate.
