The specified period for deposit Accounts is a calendar month. The kinds of withdrawals covered by this limitation are those made by means of preauthorized or automatic transfers or withdrawals, including transfers by telephonic agreement, order or instruction. Except for automatic or preauthorized transfers to make payments on your loans with us, Online Banking transfers and withdrawals from qualifying deposit Accounts are included in this limitation. You acknowledge that there are security, corruption, transmission error, and access availability risks associated with using open networks such as the Internet and you hereby expressly assume such risks, including but not limited to those we may disclose in our educational materials. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the data security of the Systems used to access our Online Banking service, and for the transmission and receipt of information using such Systems. You acknowledge that you are using our Online Banking service for your convenience, have made your own independent assessment of the adequacy of the Internet and Systems and that you are satisfied with that assessment. We are not responsible for any errors or problems that arise from the malfunction or failure of the Internet or the Systems nor are we responsible for notifying you of any upgrades, fixes, or enhancements to, or for providing technical or other support for your Systems.

Any decrease in your transfer limits may be subject to notice, as required by applicable law, but you agree that we may cancel your access to the Service or reduce your limits on the number or amount of transactions you can make using the Service, without prior notice, upon the occurrence of any one of the following events: • Any of your accounts with us are not current or are not in good standing. • You have had an overdraft or an item returned for insufficient funds with respect to any account with us during the current or three prior calendar months. • You have had any prior transfer to or from an External Account canceled, revoked, or uncompleted due to insufficient funds, revoked authorization, stopped payments, frozen accounts, or any similar reason.
