Preliminary & Final Design. Xxxxxx shall conduct a site visit (1 Xxxxxx personnel & 1 WAA personnel) to inventory existing pavement distresses on Taxilanes B, C, & D. The following plan sheets from the original plan set will be updated to include the additional work area and quantities. • Cover SheetProject Layout • Pavement Repair Details (add details for asphalt overlay) The anticipated additional plan sheets include: • Construction Safety and Phasing Plans (Weekend Closures for Airfield Rehab) • Construction Safety and Phasing Plans (Taxilanes B, C, & D Rehab) • Taxilane X, C, & D Rehabilitation Plans (showing repair locations, type, and quantity) The anticipated specifications include: • Updated WAA Bidding and Front End Documents • Cold Milling • Asphalt PavementTack Coat Xxxxxx will submit to the WAA preliminary copies of the plans and specifications and cost estimates for review. Xxxxxx will make any additions to respond to comments by the WAA, and when the documents have been approved, Xxxxxx will furnish plans for bidding and coordination purposes. Preliminary & Final Design. (90 PERCENT) In the interest of accelerating the project, Xxxxxxx will work expeditiously to progress the 30% design plans to a preliminary final status. The progression of these plans to a final state without a typical 60% design deliverable will necessitate coordination and communication between all stakeholders. Xxxxxxx is committed to an accelerated timeline and the associated coordination and communication that it will require. Upon notice to proceed, ENGINEER will develop the 90% design package as follows:

  • Final Design Phase A. After acceptance by Owner of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost as determined in the Preliminary Design Phase, and/or any other Right of Way plan documents, subject to any Owner-directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall:

  • Preliminary Design § 4.3.1 Upon the Owner’s issuance of a written consent to proceed under Section 4.2.3, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit a Preliminary Design to the Owner. The Preliminary Design shall include a report identifying any deviations from the Owner’s Criteria, and shall include the following:

  • Preliminary Approval Within a reasonable time after execution of this Settlement Agreement by the Parties, Plaintiff shall apply to the Court for the entry of an Order:

  • Preliminary Engineering In order to receive City review and approval of the Extensions, Developer shall furnish two (2) copies of the plat map, topographic map and proposed roads profile sheets in electronic format prior to the City’s ordering of the engineering plans from its Engineer. The contour elevation and road profile elevations shall be referenced to NAVD ‘88 datum. In the event Developer’s engineer prepares the construction plans and specifications, the above information shall be a part of the extension construction plans to be reviewed and approved by the City’s Engineer. The final plat map shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. The contour map shall have a scale of 1-inch = 20 feet and contour intervals of two (2) feet or less. The road profile sheets shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. Developer shall provide a minimum of one benchmark, datum being NAVD ‘88, on the project site; and the elevation and location of the benchmark shall be indicated on the maps furnished by Developer.
