Preliminary Space Plan. Landlord has approved Tenant’s preliminary space plans attached hereto as Schedule 2 (the “Preliminary Space Plan”).
Preliminary Space Plan. Tenant's Representative shall provide to Landlord a preliminary schematic drawing depicting the Premises with walls, doors, windows, columns and structural elements, based on site visits, other information obtained by Tenant or Tenant's Representatives, and the best available Building Plans supplied by Landlord ("Preliminary Space Plan"), in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 6 of this Work Letter ("Schedule") for information only.
Preliminary Space Plan. A drawing of the Subleased Premises showing the proposed alterations and improvements to the existing Subleased Premises, the layout and relationship of all offices to be located in the Subleased Premises, and depicting partitions, door locations, types of electrical/data/telephone outlets, and delineation of furniture and equipment.

Preliminary Space Plan. On or before March 31, 2020, Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) hard copies signed by Tenant of its preliminary space plan, along with other renderings or illustrations reasonably required by Landlord, to allow Landlord to understand Tenant's design intent, for the Premises before any final space plan has been commenced, and concurrently with Tenant's delivery of such hard copies, Tenant shall send to Landlord via electronic mail one (1) .pdf electronic copy of such preliminary space plan. The preliminary space plan (the "Preliminary Space Plan") shall include Tenant's proposed preliminary layout and designation of all life science systems, labs and lab systems, offices, rooms and other partitioning, their intended use, and equipment to be contained therein. Landlord may request clarification or more specific drawings for special use items not included in the Preliminary Space Plan. Landlord shall advise Tenant within ten (10) business days after Landlord's receipt of the Preliminary Space Plan for the Premises if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall promptly cause the Final Space Plan to be revised to correct any deficiencies or other matters Landlord may reasonably require.
Preliminary Space Plan. Prior to full execution of this Lease by both Landlord and Tenant, Landlord's Architect shall have completed and Tenant shall have approved a Preliminary Space Plan for Tenant Improvements (the "Preliminary Space Plan"), also known as a "test fit plan" which shall depict the general design of the Premises including location and relative sizes of offices and other enclosed rooms, open work areas as well as entry/exit locations. Execution of this Lease confirms Tenant Approval of said Preliminary Space Plan.
Preliminary Space Plan. Attached to this Lease as Exhibit A is a preliminary space plan approved by Landlord and Tenant showing the size, nature and location of the improvements to be constructed in the Premises (the “Improvements”). Promptly following execution of this Lease, Tenant shall meet with Landlord’s architect and shall provide such information and make such selections as may be necessary for the expeditious completion of the planning process.
Preliminary Space Plan. Within 30 days after execution of this Lease, a preliminary space plan approved by Landlord and Tenant showing the size, nature and location of the improvements to be constructed in the Premises (the "Improvements"), shall be prepared. Promptly following execution of this Lease, Tenant shall meet with Landlord's architect and shall provide such information and make such selections as may be necessary for the expeditious completion of the planning process.
Preliminary Space Plan. One (1) scaled drawing in sketch format which ----------------------
(i) has been approved by Landlord and Tenant; (ii) clearly shows the Building shell and core with the location of the Leased Premises, layout of an office and other rooms depicting partitions, door locations and room specs, delineate furniture systems and locations of upgrades including built-in cabinetwork, counters, operable walls, etc. as allowed by Landlord.
Preliminary Space Plan. Tenant shall prepare a preliminary space plan for the Finish Work consistent with first class office use and the level of fit and finish of Tenant’s existing space in the Building (the “Preliminary Plans”).
