Preliminary Space Plans. Upon the County’s approval of the Test Fit Plan Options, develop Preliminary Space Plans for the County’s and user group’s review and approval. Services and tasks will include the following for each building:

Preliminary Space Plans. Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Landlord shall cause the leasehold improvements to be constructed within the Premises in addition to the Base Building Improvements (the "Tenant Finish Work"), substantially in accordance with the preliminary space plans that are finally approved by Landlord and Tenant and attached hereto as Exhibit C-2 (the "Preliminary Space Plans"). As hereinafter provided, Tenant shall cause Tenant's architect, Acquxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxorporated ("Tenant's Architect") to prepare and submit the Final Space Plans and Construction Drawings pursuant to the Improvement Schedule, as each term is hereinafter defined. The Final Space Plans and Construction Drawings may be modified at Tenant's request prior to commencement of construction pursuant to revised Final Space Plans and Construction Drawings resubmitted to Landlord for approval, provided such modifications do not cause construction and completion delays, or, if so, such delays will be deemed a Tenant Delay, as hereinafter defined. The parties have agreed upon the following schedule (the "Improvements Schedule") for completion of the preparation, review and approval of the final Space Plans ("Final Space Plans"), the Construction Drawings and the obtaining of pricing information and the satisfaction of permitting requirements with respect to the construction of the Tenant Finish Work within the Premises as follows: October 1, 1998: Delivery of Final Space Plans, substantially in accordance with the Preliminary Space Plans, by Tenant to Landlord.
Preliminary Space Plans. Not later than September 8, 2014, Staffelbach, the architect engaged by Tenant and approved by Landlord (“Tenant’s Architect”) shall prepare and submit to Landlord, Preliminary Space Plans (herein so called) for the Premises showing: locations of all partitions and doors, annotated to indicate special mechanical/electrical/plumbing requirements; areas requiring ceilings and lighting other than Building standard items; special use areas with requirements such as extra floor loading, or slab penetrations; special HVAC and/or electrical needs; special acoustical separation requirements; and extraordinary City of Dallas building and fire code considerations. Landlord shall review Tenant’s Preliminary Space Plans and shall notify Tenant in writing within 30 days after receipt thereof of any revisions that Landlord requests, and Landlord’s reasons therefor.
Preliminary Space Plans. Promptly after the effective date of the ----------------------- Lease, Tenant shall have its space planners prepare plans and specifications (the "Space Plans") for all leasehold improvements in addition to the Base Building Improvements (the "Tenant Finish Work"), which Space Plans shall be sufficient to obtain a bid for the construction of the Tenant Finish Work. Within 10 days after the effective date of the Lease, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord all information necessary regarding the Space Plans. Landlord shall deliver to Tenant any comments it may have to the Space Plan within seven days after receipt, and the Space Plans shall be finalized within 30 days after the date of the Lease. The Space Plans shall be prepared at Tenant's expense.
Preliminary Space Plans. Within ten (10) days following full execution of this Lease by both Landlord and Tenant, Landlord's Architect shall prepare preliminary space plans for the Tenant Improvements (the "Preliminary Plans") which shall include, without limitation, sketches and/or drawings showing the location of doors, partitioning, electrical fixtures, outlets and switches, plumbing fixtures, and other requirements mutually agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant as required for Tenant's use of the Premises. Tenant agrees to and shall promptly and fully cooperate with Landlord's Architect and shall supply all information Landlord's Architect deems necessary for the preparation of the Preliminary Space Plans. Tenant acknowledges that the Preliminary Space Plans shall be prepared by Landxxxx'x Xrchitect after consultation and cooperation between Tenant and Landlord's Architect regarding the proposed Tenant Improvements and Tenaxx'x xequirements. The costs associated with preparation of the Preliminary Space Plans shall be borne by Tenant and paid as set forth in Sections 5 and 6 of this Work Letter.
Preliminary Space Plans. Tenant’s space planner has developed preliminary space plans for the Tenant Improvements (the “Preliminary Space Plans”), which include, without limitation, sketches and/or drawings showing locations of doors, partitioning, electrical fixtures, outlets and switches, plumbing fixtures and other requirements, which are determined by Tenant as required for its use of the Premises. Landlord shall be entitled, in all respects, to rely upon all information supplied by Tenant regarding the Tenant Improvements.
Preliminary Space Plans. Tenant shall submit to Landlord, on or before November 1, 1996, Preliminary Space Plans (herein so called) showing: locations of all partitions and doors, annotated to indicate special mechanical/electrical/ plumbing requirements; areas requiring ceilings and lighting; special use areas with requirements such as extra floor loading, or slab penetrations; special HVAC and/or electrical needs; special acoustical separation requirements; and extraordinary City of Austin building and fire code considerations. Landlord shall review Tenant's Preliminary Space Plans and shall notify Tenant in writing within ten (10) calendar days after receipt thereof of any revisions that Landlord requests, and Landlord's reasons therefor. Landlord and Tenant shall thereafter work together in good faith to mutually agree on a final set of such plans.
