Prepaid Calling Card Service. (a) Prepaid Calling Card Service is offered by the Company and provides the Customer with access twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to prepaid toll calls for all domestic points through a Company specified access code. Once made, the call is transferred via automated assistance for completion by the Company and charged against a prepaid card with an available balance on a unit basis. Each unit is equal to one minute. Customers are notified of their remaining card balance each time a call is placed and are notified during a call when the balance is about to be depleted. The card’s access number, number of units, authorization code and expiration date are provided to the customer at the time of purchase. (b) Each fractional minute will be rounded up to the next minute. Each unit is priced at the prevailing rate as set forth in Section 4 herein. Each card will have a specified expiration date printed on the card within which all units must be used. Payment by the Customer for the Prepaid Calling Card Service is due in advance or upon receipt of the prepaid card. While the Company will not refund any unused units, the Company reserves the right to recall all unused Prepaid Calling Cards and refund to Customers any remaining balances on the recalled cards. (c) Prepaid Calling Card Service can be accessed through a touchtone telephone only. (d) Prepaid calling cards may be purchased in dollar amounts determined by the Company on a rate per unit basis determined by the Company, subject to availability. The number of available Prepaid Calling Cards is subject to technical limitations. Such cards are offered to Customers on a first come first serve basis. (e) Calls to 500, 700, 800, and 900 numbers, all operator services calls, directory assistance, busy line verification and interrupt services, calls requiring the quotation of time and charges and conference calls may not be completed with the Company’s Prepaid Calling Card Service. (f) The Customer assumes complete liability for the card in the event it is lost, stolen or if unauthorized use of the card has occurred. (g) Unless specifically noted to the contrary, calls made utilizing a prepaid calling card are independent of any other product, promotion or term plan offered by the Company.

Prepaid Calling Card Service. VT's Prepaid Calling Card Service provides an outbound voice grade communications service for calls charged to a VT Prepaid Calling Card. VT's Prepaid Calling Card Service permits customers to make Prepaid Calling Card calls from any non-rotary dialed telephone within the United States to any international location served by VT by dialing the VT-provided 800 number printed on the card, receiving interactive voice prompts, inserting an authorization code, and then dialing the destination number of the intended party. VT Prepaid Calling Cards can be obtained from VT or agents of VT in various denominations. Upon accessing the service, the Customer first receives account balance information prior to dialing the terminating number. Upon entering the intended destination number, the Customer will then be advised as to the maximum call length, in minutes. The balance on each VT Prepaid Calling Card will be reduced and depleted based upon Customer usage and the terminating location of the call. A Customer's call will be interrupted with an announcement at one minute before the available balance is depleted. Calls in progress will be terminated by the Company when the available balance of the VT Prepaid Calling Card is expended. Any remaining balance maybe utilized by the Customer on subsequent long distance telephone calls. All calls must be charged against a valid VT Prepaid Calling Card account that has a sufficient available balance. Rates and charges for VT's Prepaid Calling Card Service from originating locations within the contiguous United States to international locations served by VT are set forth in Section 6.8 following. Calls are subject to a sixty (60) second call minimum, and sixty (60) second billing increments. VT's Prepaid calling cards are non-refundable. Authorization codes associated with Prepaid Calling Card Service will expire 180 days following activation. The Company shall not be responsib le for lost, stolen or unauthorized usage of VT's Prepaid Calling Card or authorization codes. At the Customer's option, written and automated dialing instructions are provided in both English and Spanish. The Customer is granted no rights whatsoever in the trade names or insignia (Marks) of VT Prepaid Calling Card Service, itscorporate parent or corporate affiliates (Xxxx Holders) and the Customer is granted no right to modify thephysical appearance of the VT Prepaid Calling Card. Prepaid Calling Card Service allows Telmex's End Users to originate outbound, Direct Dial long distance call on a prepaid basis via an 800 access number. All calls are rated on a flat-rate basis, and are rounded for billing purposes to the next higher full minute. Calls may only be charged against an account that has a sufficient available balance. Customer shall be given notice two (2) minutes before the available account balance is depleted, based upon the applicable rates for the call in progress. When the available balance is depleted, the call shall be terminated. A prepaid calling account shall expire on the date specified on the card, unless replenished by a charge to a commercial credit card as authorized by the Customer beforehand. The End-User will use the access number on the Pre-Paid Calling Card to access Willxxxx Xxxwork. A flat per-minute rate will be deducted on a real-time basis as the card is used until the full amount of the card is exhausted.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Customer Accounts The Bank agrees to establish and maintain the following accounts (“Accounts”): (a) A custody account in the name of the Customer (“Custody Account”) for any and all stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, notes, mortgages or other obligations for the payment of money, bullion, coin and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same or evidencing or representing any other rights or interests therein and other similar property whether certificated or uncertificated as may be received by the Bank or its Subcustodian (as defined in Section 3) for the account of the Customer (“Securities”); and (b) A deposit account in the name of the Customer (“Deposit Account”) for any and all cash in any currency received by the Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of the Customer, which cash shall not be subject to withdrawal by draft or check. The Customer warrants its authority to: 1) deposit the cash and Securities (“Assets”) received in the Accounts and 2) give Instructions (as defined in Section 11) concerning the Accounts. The Bank may deliver securities of the same class in place of those deposited in the Custody Account. Upon written agreement between the Bank and the Customer, additional Accounts may be established and separately accounted for as additional Accounts under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Processing of Customer Personal Data 3.1 UKG will: 3.1.1 comply with all applicable Data Protection Laws in the Processing of Customer Personal Data; and 3.1.2 not Process Customer Personal Data other than for the purpose, and in accordance with, the relevant Customer’s instructions as documented in the Agreement and this DPA, unless Processing is required by the Data Protection Laws to which the relevant UKG Processor is subject, in which case UKG to the extent permitted by the Data Protection Laws, will inform Customer of that legal requirement before the Processing of that Customer Personal Data. 3.2 Customer hereby: 3.2.1 instructs UKG (and authorizes UKG to instruct each Subprocessor) to: (a) Process Customer Personal Data; and (b) in particular, transfer Customer Personal Data to any country or territory subject to the provisions of this DPA, in each case as reasonably necessary for the provision of the Services and consistent with the Agreement. 3.2.2 warrants and represents that it is and will at all relevant times remain duly and effectively authorized to give the instructions set out in Section 3.2.1 on behalf of each relevant Customer Affiliate; and 3.2.3 warrants and represents that it has all necessary rights in relation to the Customer Personal Data and/or has collected all necessary consents from Data Subjects to Process Customer Personal Data to the extent required by Applicable Law. 3.3 Schedule 1 to this DPA sets out certain information regarding UKG’s Processing of Customer Personal Data as required by Article 28(3) of the GDPR (and equivalent requirements of other Data Protection Laws).

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Billing and Collection Customers BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate Lightyear’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply: (1) Lightyear will accept responsibility for telecommunications services billed by BellSouth for its B&C Customers for Lightyear’s End User accounts which are resident in LIDB pursuant to this Agreement. Lightyear authorizes BellSouth to place such charges on Lightyear’s xxxx from BellSouth and shall pay all such charges, including, but are not limited to, collect and third number calls. (2) Charges for such services shall appear on a separate BellSouth xxxx xxxx identified with the name of the B&C Customers for which BellSouth is billing the charge. (3) Lightyear shall have the responsibility to render a billing statement to its End Users for these charges, but Lightyear shall pay BellSouth for the charges billed regardless of whether Lightyear collects from Lightyear’s End Users. (4) BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between Lightyear and B&C Customers. BellSouth will not issue adjustments for charges billed on behalf of any B&C Customer to Lightyear. It shall be the responsibility of Lightyear and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.
