Prescribed Public Holidays. (a) Employees will be entitled to the following holidays without loss of pay: New Year’s Day Australia Day Good Friday Easter Monday Anzac Day Labour Day WA Day Sovereign’s Birthday Christmas Day Boxing Day (b) Additional or substituted public holidays proclaimed under Section 7 of the Public and Bank Holidays Act 1972 (WA) will be observed as public holidays under this Agreement in accordance with the proclamation.
