PRESENT CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS. 32.01 All rights, benefits, privileges and working conditions which Employees now enjoy, receive or possess as Employees of the Employer shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement, but may be modified by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union subject to the provisions of this Agreement. 32.02 All provisions of this Agreement are subject to applicable laws now or hereafter in effect. If any law now existing or hereafter enacted, or proclamation or regulations shall invalidate any portion of this Agreement, or if there is an amalgamation, annexation, merger or other structural change of the Employer, the entire Agreement shall not be invalidated and the existing rights, privileges and obligations of the Employees and the Employer shall remain in existence.
