PRESENT CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS. 34.01 All provisions of this Agreement are subject to applicable laws now or hereafter in effect. If any law now existing or hereafter enacted or proclamation or regulation shall invalidate any portion of this Agreement, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any amalgamation, annexation, merger or other corporate change affecting the Corporation, the Ontario Labour Relations Act shall apply.
