PRESENT CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS. 23.1 All provisions of this Agreement are subject to applicable laws now or hereafter in effect. If any law now existing or hereafter enacted, or proclamation or regulation shall invalidate any portion of this Agreement, the entire Agreement shall not be invalidated. 23.2 All benefits of this Agreement shall, unless otherwise specified, accrue on a prorata basis to employees who work less than full-time.
