7.2 In those instances specified herein, or in the event that AT&T MICHIGAN agrees to perform any additional work on PFN’s behalf that is not explicitly addressed in this Appendix, PFN shall pay Maintenance of Service charges on a time and material basis, in 30-minute increments, for the AT&T MICHIGAN technician time involved in performing such work, pursuant to Section 13.4.4 of the FCC No. 73 tariffs, as such tariffs may be modified from time to time. If requested by the PFN, Overtime and Premium time charges will apply as provided for in such FCC tariffs for any work or tests requested by PFN and performed by AT&T MICHIGAN are performed outside of standard business hours.

d) Quotations for blanket orders are subject to review at intervals mutually agreed upon prior to blanket order acceptance.
e) Quotations for services are estimates based on information available at time of quotation. Actual time for service will be invoiced at project completion.
f) Services rendered outside the scope of a specific quote will be invoiced per the prevailing labor rates.
g) All information within and pertaining to our quotation(s) is confidential and intended solely for use by the Buyer listed on the quotation.
Pricing/Rates. All prices exclude GST unless otherwise specified. For HSNS service Agreements, this monthly charge includes the rental of the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
Pricing/Rates. For the Initial Term, the pricing rates for the Cloud Services ordered under this Agreement shall be the rates set forth in Exhibit A, which rates will be based upon the Registered Usage set forth therein. For the Renewal Term, the pricing rates shall be Insight’s then-current rates for such Cloud Services at commencement of the then-current Renewal Term (unless otherwise agreed upon by Insight in writing), which rates will be based upon the applicable Usage Commitment at the commencement of the then-current Renewal Term. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Insight shall have the right to increase the pricing rate during the applicable Term upon providing at least 14 days prior written notice to Client if the Service Provider increases Service Provider’s price to Insight with respect to the Cloud Services being provided to Client during such Term.

7.2 CLEC shall pay Maintenance of Service charges on a time and material basis, in 30-minute increments, for the SBC-12STATE technician time involved, pursuant to the applicable, regional FCC tariffed rates, as they may be modified from time to time. If requested by the CLEC, Overtime and Premium time charges will apply as provided for in such FCC tariffs for any work or tests requested by CLEC and performed by SBC-12STATE which are not covered by this Agreement or which are performed outside of standard business hours.
