Target Service Levels The Fibre and HSNS network availability is targeted as follows: Network level: 99.95% uptime Individual Port level: 99.95% uptime However, TNZ Group Limit accepts no responsibility for non delivery of service due to any act of omission of a third party provider. If problems do arise that are due to problems on the third party provider’s network, TNZ Group Limited will use all reasonable endeavours to work with such provider to ensure service restoration as soon as practicable. Applicants requiring maximum reliability from WAN services are encouraged to utilize TNZ Group Limited’s dual or multiple redundancy service(s), which can provide two diverse connections to the Applicant.

Pricing/Rates. 7.1 Except as otherwise provided below, the rates applicable to xDSL Loops and the associated charges including without limitation, the applicable service order charges and charges for mechanized and manual loop qualification, loop conditioning, cross-connects and LSTs are set forth in Appendix Pricing.
Pricing/Rates. For the Initial Term, the pricing rates for the Cloud Services ordered under this Agreement shall be the rates set forth in Exhibit A, which rates will be based upon the Registered Usage set forth therein. For the Renewal Term, the pricing rates shall be Insight’s then-current rates for such Cloud Services at commencement of the then-current Renewal Term (unless otherwise agreed upon by Insight in writing), which rates will be based upon the applicable Usage Commitment at the commencement of the then-current Renewal Term. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Insight shall have the right to increase the pricing rate during the applicable Term upon providing at least 14 days prior written notice to Client if the Service Provider increases Service Provider’s price to Insight with respect to the Cloud Services being provided to Client during such Term.
