Common use of Prime Time Clause in Contracts

Prime Time. ‌ Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee shall be restricted in the time of year he/she chooses to take his/her vacation entitlement. However, all employees shall be allowed to take up to four weeks of their vacation entitlement during the period May 1 to September 30 inclusive, which shall be defined as the prime-time vacation period.
