Principal Duty Days. The School Board shall establish the calendar and principals’ duty days for each school year, and the principals shall perform services on those days as determined by the School Board, including those legal holidays on which the School Board is authorized to conduct school and, pursuant to such authority, has determined to conduct school.

Principal Duty Days. Pursuant to M.S. 120A.40, the Board shall, prior to April 1 of each even-numbered school year, establish the number of school days and teacher duty days for the next school year, and the principal shall perform services on those days as determined by the Board, including those legal holidays on which the Board is authorized to conduct school, and pursuant to such authority, has determined to conduct school. Subd. 1. Principal duty year is normally 46 weeks. High School Principal year is 48 weeks. A change in the duty year will require a mutual agreement with the principal and school board.

  • Duty Day Duty Day shall mean a day included in the university calendar or individual faculty member's appointment on which a faculty member engages in duties as described in this Agreement.
