Probation Evaluation and Assessment. 17.2.1 Employee performance shall be monitored during the course of the probation period. Employees may be terminated for unsuitability where the employee’s performance has been measured against reasonable standards and the employee has been advised of these standards and the performance expectations. The formal process for evaluation will be conducted as per Letter of Understanding #1.
