Processing Purposes. Okta shall keep Personal Data confidential and shall only Process Personal Data on behalf of and in accordance with Customer’s documented instructions for the following purposes: (i) Processing in accordance with the Agreement and applicable Order Form(s); (ii) Processing initiated by Users in their use of the Service; and (iii) Processing to comply with other documented, reasonable instructions provided by Customer (for example, via email) where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Agreement. Okta shall not be required to comply with or observe Customer’s instructions if such instructions would violate any Data Protection Laws and Regulations.

Higher Logic shall keep Personal Data confidential and shall only Process Personal Data on behalf of and in accordance with Subscriber’s documented instructions for the following purposes: (i) Processing in accordance with the Agreement and applicable Order Form(s); (ii) Processing initiated by Users in their use of the Service; and (iii) Processing to comply with other documented, reasonable instructions provided by Subscriber (for example, via email) where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Agreement. Higher Logic shall not be required to comply with or observe Subscriber’s instructions if such instructions would violate the GDPR or other EU law or EU member state data protection provisions.
Processing Purposes. The data provided as indicated in the previous sec- tion will be processed by Kampaoh for the following purposes: • Managing and administering your reservation with collaborating Campgrounds and other ser- vice providers. • In general, communicating with you via email, telephone, chatbot, text messages, or any other means you have provided to respond to and manage requests you make, handle issues re- lated to the reservation for its proper enjoy- ment. • Providing customer support services. • If you create an account or profile on our Web- site, we will use the data you provide for the management of that user and its configuration. • Proceeding with the collection of amounts cor- responding to reservation cancellations outside the specified periods or sending, if necessary, warnings and notices in case of becoming aware of improper conduct. • Assistance in managing the stay or service pro- vided by collaborating Campgrounds or other service providers. • Communicating, if necessary, with public au- thorities the data required by legal obligation or judicial demand. • Managing and responding to possible complaints and claims that you may file. • Substantiating the legal relationship between the parties and the services and details of the reservations made. • Calls or video calls that may be recorded will be for the purpose of quality control, training, as well as resolving complaints, legal claims, and fraud detection. • Offering products and services, if authorized. • Conducting market studies or obtaining User opinions for quality and service improvement purposes.

Epicor shall not be required to comply with or observe Customer’s instructions if such instructions would violate the UK GDPR but shall notify Customer promptly if Epicor considers that the Customer’s instructions violate such laws.

(ii) Processing initiated by Epicor in its use of the Service;
(iii) Processing to comply with other documented, reasonable instructions provided by Epicor (for example, via email) where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Agreement. Vendor shall not be required to comply with or observe Epicor’s instructions if such instructions would violate the EU GDPR or other EU law or EU member state data protection provisions; and
(iv) as expressly permitted by UK Data Protection Legislation and/or Applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations

Processing Purposes. 2.1 The Controller and the Processor acknowledge that the Controller is the controller and the Processor is the processor and that the Controller retains control of the Personal Data and remains responsible for its compliance obligations under Data Protection Legislation.
