Communicating with You a. Communications will be made available to you by post, e-mail, SMS, insertion of the relevant note in the Statement (or Statement insert) or via the Online Statement Service or through links on webpages accessible via the Online Statement Service or any combination of these and you agree that it is your responsibility to access all such Communications. You must maintain a valid mailing address and phone number in our records for your Account (except as set out below). You also agree that we may communicate with you via Your Company or Programme Administrator by post, e-mail, SMS, insertion of the relevant note in the Statement (or Statement insert) or via the Online Statement Service (or through links on webpages accessible via the service) that we may establish from time to time, in which case a Communication to Your Company or Programme Administrator about the Card, Account or this Agreement will be deemed to be a notification from us to you. b. Where the Card is subject toFull Corporate Liability” as described in the “Liability for Charges” section of this Agreement and Your Company is responsible for centrally settling payment of your Account with us directly, we may give notice of changes to our Corporate Card programme to Your Company on your behalf and not to you personally. c. You must keep us up to date with your name, e-mail addresses, postal mailing address and phone numbers and other contact details for delivering Communications under this Agreement. We shall not be responsible for any fees or charges or any other damage suffered by you, if you fail to inform us about any changes to such contact details. d. You must inform us of any changes to other information previously provided to us such as information you provided when you applied for your Account. You also agree to give us any additional information we reasonably request. e. All electronic Communications that we provide including Statements will be deemed to be received on the day that we send the notification e-mail or post the Communication online even if you do not access the Communication on that day. f. If we have been unable to deliver any Communication or a Communication has been returned after attempting to deliver it via an address or telephone number previously advised to us by you or the Programme Administrator, we will consider you to be in material breach of this Agreement and may stop attempting to send Communications until we receive accurate contact information. Communicating with You. We may communicate with you by telephone, post, e-mail or in person. In certain circumstances, we may ask you to confirm any instructions in writing prior to implementation. All our communications with you will be in English.
Communicating with You. If we do need to notify you of a change in accordance with clause 5.3, or otherwise need to communicate with you in respect of our Services or this Agreement, then we will do this by sending you an email or a text message. However, we may also choose to communicate with you by any of the following means as well: by post, phone, electronic messaging, by placing a recorded message on the phone number for the Team, by placing a message on your bill or in your “Your Account” page on our website, by the means set out in clause 5.2, or by some other means. We will use the most recent contact details that you have given us (if any).

Communicating with You. We will contact you from time to time to manage and administer your Account and the benefits and services on it. We may contact you in a variety of ways depending upon which contact details you have provided to us (for example, we may send a text to your mobile phone number or an email to your email address). We may also contact you online through our online sites and services (for example, within your profile on our website or one of our mobile applications). We may send you notices (including notices or information we are required or choose to send you, including about changes to this Agreement) on or together with your statements. We may also send you marketing communications from time to time, such as offers and promotions. We may use your personal information for this purpose but always in accordance with our Card Member Privacy Statement. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date at all times. You must inform us immediately if there are any changes to your mailing address or email address to which we send statements or other communications. We are not responsible if you do not receive any communication from us (such as a statement or an account alert) because you failed to keep your contact details updated.

Unless agreed otherwise, our primary method of providing documentation to you will be via email using the details you provide to us 7.4. The recordings shall remain our sole property and you agree that they will be conclusive in the case of any dispute that you may have with us. 7.5. Subject to your consent, we may discuss and offer other investment services with you which we think may be suitable for you. 7.7. We will send any notices that we are required to send to you to the email or correspondence address that we hold for you. This is also the address to which any reporting and valuations will be sent. You agree to notify us of any change of address immediately. 7.8. You should send any notices for us to our address as shown in paragraph 43.2. 7.9. You acknowledge that there are particular risks involved in email correspondence. It is not possible to ensure that email communications will remain fully confidential, whether encrypted or not. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the security and integrity of any email correspondence we send to you. 7.10. You agree that we are not liable for any damage which you may suffer as a result of our use of email, unless the damage is a result of our negligence, wilful default or fraud. 7.11. You agree to compensate us for any losses we suffer as a result of email correspondence we send to you, at your request, relating to this Agreement, where the damage is the result of your negligence, wilful default or fraud.

Communicating with You. 14.1 You acknowledge that our primary method of communication with you is by email using the address identified at the beginning of this agreement or any other electronic method that we may notify you of from time to time. Amongst other things, we may notify you of: (a) any relevant details in relation to a Referral or Referred Loan; (b) variations to the agreement (including the NAB Introducer Guide); (c) important information about our products and policies or material of a marketing or promotional nature; and (d) formal notices, approval or consent in connection with this agreement. 14.2 You must maintain and regularly check your email account to receive communications from us and notify us promptly if you change your email address or other contact details or any of your Representatives with whom we communicate. 14.3 We may also communicate with you via prepaid ordinary post to the address identified at the beginning of this agreement.

You agree that we may call using prerecorded/artificial voice messages or send text messages and, for both calls and text messages, may also use automatic telephone dialing systems. You represent and warrant to us that you are the owner or have the delegated legal authority to act on behalf of the owner to use and control each such email address, telephone number or mobile phone number you have provided to any of these persons for use with the Transfer Service. You further acknowledge and agree that: • In the case of any messages that either you may send through us or that we may send on your behalf to an email address or mobile phone number, you represent that you have obtained the consent of the recipient of such emails or automated text messages to send such emails or text messages to the recipient. You understand and agree that any emails or text messages that we send on your behalf may include your name. • Your wireless carrier is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver any message sent to or from us including messages that you may send through us, that we may send, or may send on your behalf. • To cancel text messaging from us, send STOP when prompted. For help or information regarding text messaging contact our customer service number. You expressly consent to receipt of a text message toconfirm your “STOP” request. • In the event you ever withdraw this consent, and notwithstanding that withdrawal, you expressly authorize us to use any of the methods described above to send you messages confirming your instructions sent to us via text message, including a confirmation from us in the event you withdraw your consent.
