Product Access. To use the Product on a Compatible Mobile Terminal, You must have access to an electronic communication network. The connection costs (including but not limited to mobile providers’ and/or carriers’ costs), shall be exclusively borne by You. You acknowledge that the quality of the Products, the response time or access to certain features may depend on the capacities of Your Compatible Mobile Terminal and of the electronic communication network. UBISOFT may in no case be held responsible for reduced user comfort. You acknowledge that the Product may not be available for use on all mobile devices or through all carriers or network service providers.
Product Access. Throughout the Term, Comscore will provide to Charter, [***], licenses and access to Comscore products and services that are currently provided to Charter as of the Effective Date and to other Syndicated Offerings that use Licensed Charter Data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any parties that become Affiliates of Charter after the Effective Date shall not have access to or licenses to such products or services hereunder unless such party provides Comscore with data elements similar to Licensed Charter Data with the same rights allowed herein at no additional cost to Comscore (either as part of the Licensed Charter Data or otherwise), and the Parties agree to integrate such data elements into Comscore products or services. Product Access. Partner would like to be one of the first users of the Product. During the Term, Partner will have early access to the Product for its internal business purposes and to give Feedback to Provider and participate in the Program, so long as Partner complies with the terms of this Agreement.

You and your Authorized Users agree to regularly regenerate the Product Access Keys and login passwords through our dashboard or with assistance from our customer success team in order to prevent unauthorised access to our Product through your account. The Customer shall make best efforts to prevent any unauthorized access of the Product Access Key. However, in the event there is unauthorised access of Product Access Key, the Customer shall promptly notify Codeofduty and shall assist Codeofduty in rectifying the same. In the event of any unauthorised access, you agree to indemnify us against all claims, loss, or damage arising from such unauthorised access. Additionally, you agree to pay the Charges for the use of the Product resulting from such unauthorised access.

Licensee will be responsible for any misuse of the Safety View Product through such access credentials. Company may suspend Licensee’s access to the Safety View Product if Licensee is (i) using the Safety View Product in a manner that impacts the availability of the Safety View Product or Company’s network;
