Product Knowledge a) Employees may be required to attend product knowledge sessions from time to time.

Nothing in this Agreement, the Exhibits hereto or the Annexes, shall prohibit, or in any way limit, Vendor's rights to use, develop or market existing or subsequently developed or modified software, technology, ideas, inventions or concepts, or to use Vendor's expertise, skills or knowledge acquired in the performance of services rendered under this Agreement or the Annexes in any current or subsequent endeavors. Company shall have no right or interest in such endeavors.

Servicer’s employees in its Historical Department are trained as a historian and an archivist respectively and requires substantial knowledge of Servicer’s history and its products over the last 165 years. The historian and the archivist must keep current with the Servicer’s new product introductions (firearms as well as memorabilia) especially since a number of Servicer’s recent introductions are replicas of older models manufactured by Servicer’s predecessor companies.

Xxxxx Feng shall cause its personnel to become ----------------- familiar with the proper uses, applications and limits of the Products and with all instructions published by Positron with respect thereto. If Xxxxx Feng is unable to determine whether the Products will adequately meet a particular customer's needs, Xxxxx Feng will contact Positron prior to soliciting an order from such customer.

Each Party represents that its relevant employees are knowledgeable about the Product and its safe handling, that it has received and is familiar with Seller’s labeling and literature concerning the Product sold hereunder, and that it will forward such information to its employees who handle or process the Product. Product Knowledge. 45. The Respondent did not perform adequate due diligence on bank-sponsored and third- party ABCP in order to learn and remain informed about the complexities of the ABCP product and the consequent risks (including systemic risks and counterparty risks) related to the product. The Respondent relied primarily on the credit rating provided by DBRS and secondarily relied upon corroborating information from the other Member firm who was the lead dealer for the majority of the third-party ABCP supplied to the Respondent. The Respondent did not differentiate between bank-sponsored and third-party ABCP since all relevant information available to the Respondent was virtually identical – liquidity structures, ratings, selling process, yields and pricing. So long as third-party ABCP met the minimum credit rating threshold, the Respondent’s bond desk (“bond desk”) was permitted to include third-party ABCP as part of its fixed-income offerings to retail clients.
Product Knowledge. Reseller must have and maintain a good, fundamental understanding of NetGen’s products and related software and hardware operation. Reseller must also have and maintain a good, fundamental understanding of relevant voice/fax-over-IP technologies. Reseller agrees to take NetGen’s Web- based reseller training.
