Product Term. The term (each a “Product Term”) for each Product begins on the Acceptance Date (as defined below) applicable to such Product, and remains in effect until the expiration of the initial Product Term specified in the applicable Order Form unless earlier terminated as provided herein. The Product Term shall automatically extend for consecutive one-year renewal terms, unless either Party notifies the other of its intent not to renew at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-current initial or renewal Product Term.
Product Term. The applicable term for each Product is set forth in the applicable Purchase Order.
Product Term. The Product Term for a Product includes the Initial Product Term for such Product and any Product Renewal Term for such Product. For the avoidance of doubt, the Product Term is the period of time during which the Agent or an authorized End User shall be authorized to use the applicable Product pursuant to a limited license granted hereunder or under an applicable AgencyZOOM End User License Agreement.

Product Term. (i) Unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement, the initial term of this Agreement with respect to each Product shall commence on the applicable Product Start Date and end on the later of (a) the ************ anniversary of the Effective Date, and (b) the date that is ************ years following the date of the last Regulatory Approval for such Product in any country in the Territory. The initial Product term for any Product as set forth in this Section 14.1(b) is referred to herein as the “Base Product Term”.
(ii) The Operating Parties and the JSC shall begin discussing in good faith an extension of the Base Product Term for each Product on or about the date that is ************ prior to the end of such Base Product Term. Any extension of the Base Product Term must be agreed upon by the date that is ************ prior to the date upon which the Base Product Term of such Product shall expire, or this Agreement shall terminate with respect to such Product on such date. The Base Product Term with respect to any Product, together with any extension agreed by the Operating Parties in accordance with this Section 14.1(b)(ii), is referred to herein as the “Product Term”.

Any extension of the Base Product Term must be agreed upon by the date that is ************ prior to the date upon which the Base Product Term of such Product shall expire, or this Agreement shall terminate with respect to such Product on such date. The Base Product Term with respect to any Product, together with any extension agreed by the Parties in accordance with this Section 14.1(b)(ii), is referred to herein as the “Product Term”.
Product Term. Support and payment obligations for Support fees start on the Delivery Date and continue through the expiration of the initial term set forth on the Order Form (“Initial Term”). Following the end of the Initial Term, all Software Licences granted under this Agreement shall expire, and in order to continue using the Software You agree to re-purchase all Software Licences and associated Support Services for additional periods of the same duration as the Initial Term and continuously thereafter (each a “Renewal Term”), unless either party gives written notice at least 90 days prior to the end of the Term, of its intention to terminate the Service. The Initial Term and any Renewal Terms are collectively referred to as the “Product Term”.
Product Term. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Order, (i) Products are acquired on a subscription basis; (ii) additional subscriptions may be added at any time during a co-pending subscription term via an Order, with the term for such additional subscriptions to be prorated for the portion of then-current subscription term remaining at the time the mid-term subscriptions are added; and (iii) any such additional subscriptions will be co-pending and each shall terminate on the same date as the original subscription term.
Product Term. Unless otherwise stated in the Order, the Order Term for each Software subscription or Cloud Services is: (i) the time period specified in the applicable Order, commencing on the date of delivery or (ii) for Cloud Services provided on a transaction basis, the validity period for processing the transactions, and any renewal terms.
