Production Leads. This is a position with the responsibilities defined per S.B. Foot Tanning Company and will be selected based on qualifications and then seniority. Production leads will retain seniority within their department but may be moved by the Employer to any position in their department on their shift. Production leads will be able to work overtime and schedule vacations per the contractual provisions for such. Production Leads will receive $1.00 per hour more than the highest job class employee that they are leading based upon the wage rates for employees hired prior to April 1, 2015.

Production Leads. The Corporation agrees to select and employ, subject to the Corporation’s sole determination, two (2) employees who will be hired on a regular full-time basis in the positions of Lead Lighting Technician and Lead Audio Technician for the term of this Agreement. Production Leads are intended to fill a skills gap at the Xxxxxxxxx Centre. The current practice of seniority and skills based scheduling at all other venues will be maintained. Production Leads will only be assigned work at other venues in the event another skilled worker is not available. In the event that a Production Lead is assigned work at a venue other than the Xxxxxxxxx Centre, their rate will follow them regardless of the work they are performing. Production Leads will be guaranteed annual hours of work equivalent to thirty- five (35) hours per week inclusive of vacation time entitlement consistent with Article 16.01. Production Leads are expected to be available for job assignments for their assigned roles except in cases of pre-arranged vacation time, leave of absence or illness consistent with articles 16, 17, 18. Where a Production Lead declines the offer of a job assignment in their assigned role, the shift(s) offered will be deducted from the guaranteed hours worked as unpaid hours to a maximum of 10 hours daily unless other paid leave provisions apply. Production Leads will be required to participate in the OMERS pension plan immediately upon hire into this full-time role.

  • Marketing of Production Except for contracts listed and in effect on the date hereof on Schedule 7.19, and thereafter either disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent or included in the most recently delivered Reserve Report (with respect to all of which contracts the Borrower represents that it or its Subsidiaries are receiving a price for all production sold thereunder which is computed substantially in accordance with the terms of the relevant contract and are not having deliveries curtailed substantially below the subject Property’s delivery capacity), no material agreements exist which are not cancelable on 60 days notice or less without penalty or detriment for the sale of production from the Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ Hydrocarbons (including, without limitation, calls on or other rights to purchase, production, whether or not the same are currently being exercised) that (a) pertain to the sale of production at a fixed price and (b) have a maturity or expiry date of longer than six (6) months from the date hereof.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.
