PRODUCTIVITY STANDARDS. 413. Health at Home The Productivity Standard for Health at Home is the following (or its equivalent): Four (4) case manager revisits per day, or Five (5) non-case manager revisits per day (Carry-calls) It is understood, reflecting the Oasis paperwork required on these visits that, in calculating the above standard:

PRODUCTIVITY STANDARDS. The Company agrees to advise the Union Local Chair of changes in productivity standards within any classification group or department and will provide the Union the opportunity to submit any concerns it may have with the proposed changes in productivity standards prior to such standards being implemented. It is understood that the Company continues to maintain its rights in establishing productivity standards.
PRODUCTIVITY STANDARDS. The overriding consideration in the establishment of productivity standards is an honest day's work for an honest day's pay. Since assuring the community that they are receiving the best services for their tax dollars is of critical interest to both employer and employee, the employees recognize that the establishment of such productivity improvements is the right and obligation of the employer. It is further recognized that employees have a right to be reasonably informed and participate in the implementation of productivity standards. Maximized productivity is recognized to be a mutual obligation of both parties within their respective roles and responsibilities. Work procedures, schedules and assignments or any other means of increasing productivity may be established and/or revised from time to time at the discretion of the City so long as no right guaranteed employees under this Agreement is violated.
PRODUCTIVITY STANDARDS. 15 Section 13.1. Work procedures, including production standards may be established and 16 revised from time-to-time by the County. Notwithstanding this fact, the County and Guild expressly 17 agree to establish a joint labor management committee to review and evaluate the efficacy and 18 appropriate level of production standards, including methods of communication related to production 19 standards, in an effort to enhance unit effectiveness and improve employee productivity and morale. 20 Any changes to production standards shall be discussed in the labor management committee and any 21 change that impacts a mandatory subject is subject to negotiations in accordance with the law.

PRODUCTIVITY STANDARDS. The parties acknowledge the importance of productivity for the successful operations of a rehabilitation hospital. To that end, the parties understand that the Employer may discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable and current productivity standards. It is also understood that employees will not be disciplined due to patient cancellations although such no-shows or cancellations may affect an employee’s productivity.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks.   • Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.
