Teachers shall be excused to attend meetings within their area of responsibility that are called by the State Board of Education and/or by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction when approved by the building and/or program administration, or to attend regularly scheduled meetings of the Idaho State Education Association.

2. Cost of the substitute shall be paid by the District. Reimbursement for necessary and actual expenses shall be in accordance with District policy.
3. Consideration to attend other educational meetings shall be given by the administration and/or Directors upon request.
