PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AUDIT. (a) Tradespersons are subject to a Professional Conduct Audit. These audits are carried out at the Company’s discretion by the Branch Manager, his nominee or the Accredited Workplace Assessor. The purpose of this audit is to ensure that Tradespersons conduct themselves in a manner in keeping with the Company’s expectations. Employees will be provided with one weeks’ notice prior to an audit being conducted. The proposed audit will examine the following areas:
