Professional Growth Stipends. The District shall pay an annual stipend to any bargaining unit member who has met any of the following criteria:

Professional Growth Stipends. 24 29.6.1 A bargaining unit member who successfully earns ten (10) professional growth 25 points shall be awarded a stipend of $550.00. Professional Growth points must have been earned 26 after a unit member’s initial employment with the District. There shall be no limitation on the 1 frequency of professional growth stipends a unit member may receive in any one year. No unit 2 member may receive more than six (6) stipends during his/her period of employment.
