Professional Installation. 10.1.TELUS offers a professional installation service performed by a certified technician so that Customers can have them install certain TELUS equipment, software and applications needed to use the Services. • Only certain equipment, software and applications are available for professional installation. • Professional installation of certain TELUS equipment, software and applications may not be available in your region. In such cases, a self-install option may be available instead. • In cases where professional installation fees are applied, these charges are non-refundable if the contract is terminated. • TELUS makes no representations with regard to any equipment not provided or sold by TELUS or by one of its authorized representatives (“third-party equipment”), which may affect the functioning of the Services. TELUS makes no representations with regard to the Services in the event that third- party equipment is used, including but not limited to the proper functioning of the Services, and disclaims all liability if third-party equipment is used. • The Customer must inform TELUS of any malfunctioning of the Service or of the self-installed equipment, software and applications. • A Customer who damages a piece of equipment shall be responsible for the value of said equipment, in accordance with APPENDIX A. In the event of any damage to equipment, including but not limited to damage resulting from a case of force majeure or the actions of a third party, repair or replacement shall be at the Customer’s expense, in accordance with the terms and conditions and service and equipment fees in effect at the time. • Service, shipping and/or repair fees may be charged according to the rates currently in effect for equipment and labor under certain circumstances (problems, moving equipment, repairing equipment, etc.).

Professional Installation. All tire installations must be done by trained service professionals using proper tools and procedures. Failure to follow the tire safety and fitment information may adversely affect the vehicle’s and/or tire’s performance capabilities, including but not limited to the vehicle’s handling/stability capabilities, and could result in tire failure (including tread/belt separation or blowout).
Professional Installation. Subscribers may request a Professional Installation for a one­time fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00), unless certain promotion, at the time of service order, states otherwise. The Professional Installation includes setup of Subscriber's DSL modem only, excluding any inside wiring. It does not include installation of Subscriber's network card or setup of Subscriber's computer. Professional Installations may not be available in some area. If a Subscriber requires a Professional Installation it is the Subscriber's responsibility to hire a third party technician.
Professional Installation. If installation is performed by Professional Installers certified in Canada by WETT or l’APC or in the USA by NFI or CSIA, we will provide replacement product with a similar or like quality of available product, free of charge (excluding any installation costs) for the full Fifteen (15) year warranty period.   • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Installations 2.1. This test shall be conducted with either the complete REESS or with a related REESS subsystem(s) including the cells and their electrical connections. If the manufacturer chooses to test with related subsystem(s), the manufacturer shall demonstrate that the test result can reasonably represent the performance of the complete REESS with respect to its safety performance under the same conditions. If the electronic management unit for the REESS is not integrated in the casing enclosing the cells, then the electronic management unit may be omitted from installation on the Tested-Device if so requested by the manufacturer.

  • Telecommunications Each Lender and Administrative Agent shall be entitled to rely on the authority of any individual making any telecopy, electronic or telephonic notice, request, or signature without the necessity of receipt of any verification thereof.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.
