PROFESSIONAL LEAVE WITH PAY. Each teacher may be granted, on application to the Superintendent, leave without loss of pay for attending meetings or workshops related to the improvement of instruction or performance of professional duties. Unless special exception is made by the Superintendent, such leave will not exceed three (3) days.
