Professional Meetings, Conferences, and Visitations. A. Upon written approval of the Director and the Superintendent, release time with pay shall be granted for: 1. Attendance at educational conferences, including the Ohio Education Association (OEA) and/or the National Education Association (NEA) conferences or meetings by a bargaining unit member. 2. Attendance at workshops, seminars, and other professional improvement sessions, including observing in other schools. 3. All professional trips requested out of state must be approved by the Director and Superintendent. These trips must be requested in writing two weeks preceding the activity.

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.

  • Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities. Subject to the availability of funds, the employee's expenses in connection with such meetings, conferences, or activities shall be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable provisions of State law and university rules.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting.   • Reports and Meetings A. Sub-adviser shall furnish to the Board or Adviser, or both, as appropriate, such information, reports, evaluations, analyses and opinions as are required by law or that the Board or Adviser, as appropriate, may reasonably require, including, without limitation: compliance reporting and certification with respect to: 1. Affiliated Brokerage Transactions 2. Affiliated Underwritings 3. Cross Transactions 4. Prospectus Compliance 5. Code of Ethics 6. Soft Dollar Usage 7. Price Overrides/Fair Valuation Determinations B. Sub-adviser shall make available in person to the Board and to Adviser personnel of Sub-adviser as the Board or Adviser may reasonably request to review the investments and the investment program of the Fund and the services provided by Sub-adviser hereunder.
