PROGRAM COMMUNICATION. Communication on educational offerings of the District schools will generally be established collaboratively by the administration and unit members at each site. With parental input, unit members and the administration at each site will determine how to spend their time and talent to involve the public in their programs. Decisions, for example, on Open House, Curriculum Meetings, Group Conferences, the building-wide scheduling of Individual Conferences, or other communication-related programs will be co-determined by the administration and the staff.

PROGRAM COMMUNICATION. The promotion of the Program to the Eligible Employees will consist of a mutually agreed upon communication plan. The communication plan may include some or all of the following promotional activities: on-site sales consultation, interoffice mail and desk drops, electronic mail announcements, links or ads placed on Employer’s intranet, information placed in Employer’s new hire benefit package, or direct mail. Upon approval by both parties, promotional activities not listed in this section may be used in connection with the communication of this Program. Employer wishes to offer the Program to the Eligible Employees and the parties execute this Agreement with the authorized signatures below. PROGRAM COMMUNICATION. The Owner or the Owner's Representative shall communicate with the Contractor and the Design Consultant only through, or in the presence of, the Program Manager, or shall otherwise provide written notice of such communication, including the content of the communication, to the Program Manager. The Owner shall send and shall require the Design Consultant to send copies of all notices and communications sent to or received by the Owner or the Design Consultant relating to the Work to the Program Manager. During the Construction Phase of the Project (s), the Owner shall require that the Contractor submit all notices and communications relating to the Work directly to the Program Manager.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

  • Union Communication In the event of a violation of the no-strike provision, the Union will: • Publicly disavow such action by the Bargaining Unit Employees; • Notify the Bargaining Unit Employees of its disapproval of such action and instruct such Bargaining Unit Employees to cease such action and return to work immediately; and • Post notices on Union bulletin boards advising that it disapproves of such action and instructing Bargaining Unit Employees to return to work immediately.

  • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

  • Contractor Communication or Disclosure The Contractor shall not make any public statements, press releases, publicity releases, or other similar communications concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.

  • TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS Both parties may communicate by telephone, but it is agreed that no instructions that require action will be left on any messaging service since neither party can guarantee that they will be received or actioned. Telephone conversations may be recorded by Us for training or monitoring purposes.
