Program Liaison. Within thirty (30) days from the Effective Date of this Agreement, Sponsor must notify VTA of Sponsor’s “Program Liaison” and provide the Program Liaison’s address, telephone number, and email address. The Program Liaison must be the contact to VTA pertaining to implementation of this Agreement and for information about the Project(s). Sponsor must notify VTA of the change of Program Liaison or of the Program Liaison’s contact information in writing no later than thirty (30) days from the date of any change.
Program Liaison. The Biology Coordinator or the Department Chairperson for the A.S. Biology Medical Professions program at BHCC shall be designated to act as advisor from the time a student declares their interest in the PharmD Program and shall serve as the liaison with the MCPHS Admission office on all aspects of transfer to the PharmD Program.
Program Liaison. As soon as practicable after the Effective Date, each Party will provide the other, in writing, with the name of its "Program Liaison." The Program Liaison will act as the primary liaison in coordinating the activities under this Agreement. The Program Liaisons will review and agree on the suitability of the Development Plan set forth in Schedule 1.19. Program Liaison. As soon as practicable after the Effective Date, each Party will provide the other, in writing with the name and contact information for its “Program Liaison”. The Program Liaisons will review the Development Plan, coordinate technology transfer issues pursuant to Section 4 and otherwise coordinate the Parties’ activities hereunder.
Program Liaison. The SD shall appoint a SD employee to serve as a liaison to oversee program coordination. The District Liaison shall assume the following duties:
6.1 Facilitate the dual credit programs at the SD, including communication to students, parents, dual credit faculty, SD leadership, etc.
6.2 Confirm SD dual credit instructors and course offerings to be offered each term.
6.3 Provide transcript information for dual credit students to facilitate student registration.
6.4 Provide explicit permission for each student and their requested dual credit courses.
6.5 Serve as a liaison between the SD and the STLCC’s Dual Credit/Enrollment Partnerships (DC/EP) Coordinator.
6.6 Monitor the dual credit program at the SD.
Program Liaison. The EAP appoints an individual(s) to carry out the administrative and account management responsibility of the EAP, pursuant to this Agreement.
Program Liaison. Each Party shall appoint a person(s) (each, a “Program Liaison”) who shall be the primary point of contact between the Parties, to facilitate communications and the sharing of information related to the Blueprint Compounds and Licensed Products and shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date, it being understood that any communications between the Program Liaisons, including written communications, shall not constitute a notice or report under Section 13.3. Each Party may replace its Program Liaison at any time by written notice to the other Party.
Program Liaison. The SD shall appoint a SD employee to serve as a liaison to oversee program coordination. The District Liaison shall (a) facilitate the dual enrollment programs at the SD, including selection of dual enrollment students and student registration; (b) serve as a liaison between the SD and STLCC’s Dual Credit/Enrollment Partnerships (DC/EP) Coordinator; and (c) monitor requirements and reports for dual enrollment students.
Program Liaison. STLCC shall appoint a DC/EP Coordinator(s) to serve as a liaison to oversee program coordination. The DC/EP Coordinator shall (a) facilitate the dual credit programs for the high school(s) within the SD, including supporting dual credit instructors, dual credit students, and student registration; (b) serve as a liaison between the SD and the STLCC’s DC/EP leadership; and (c) ensure that the dual credit program, its students, and its instructors meet all STLCC requirements and standards.
III. Student Responsibilities
Program Liaison. The Program Administrator and the respective Association Program Representative shall meet at least once a month at a mutually agreeable time and place to discuss issues of common concern regarding their program. Such meeting may be canceled by mutual agreement. Although the issues of concern may involve both contractual and non- contractual matters, the discussions and outcomes shall be deemed non-contractual in nature unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing by the Board and the Association.
