Course Offerings a. Commit to achieving, within two (2) academic years, an initial target of aligning at least 20% of the College’s existing annual online section inventory to the OEI Course Design Rubric using the CVC-OEI Peer Online Course Review process.
b. These offerings shall, as pedagogically appropriate, incorporate CVC-OEI technologies and support services (or equivalents) as outlined in Appendix B: Support for Participating College, including:
1) Course(s) must have been taught by the instructor submitting the course for review for at least one full term in the CCMS.
2) Course(s) must have the appropriate C-ID, IGETC, CSU GE Breadth designation as specified by the CVC-OEI with the advisement of the Advisory Committee and the Consortium or fill other critical gaps as outlined by the CVC-OEI management team.
3) Include access to Online Student Readiness (with diagnostic), online counseling, and online tutoring services.
4) Offer CVC-OEI subsidized online proctoring or an equivalent service if the course requires proctoring.
5) Participating College will ensure that courses submitted for review utilize technology and materials that comply with the accessibility requirements of Section 508 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as described in the CCC Information and Communication Technology and Instructional Material Accessibility Standard.
c. College agrees, in cooperation with CVC-OEI, to provide training for College faculty in a localized Peer Online Course Review process utilizing the OEI Course Design Rubric or its equivalent.
Course Offerings. Course offerings with the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District as the IDL remote site shall be limited to: (1) courses that are not in the existing curriculum OR (2) classes in the existing curriculum that are not being offered due to insufficient student enrollment OR (3) classes in the existing curriculum that are being offered but have very low student enrollment.
Course Offerings. The procedure for developing a schedule of course offerings for upcoming semesters is as follows: The Department Chairperson shall consult with the Department’s Educational Policy Committee and in conjunction with that Committee, shall develop a schedule of proposed course offerings, specific course titles, the number of courses to be offered each semester as well as their time and proposed campus locations. If a department does not have an Educational Policy Committee, the Chairperson shall consult with one of the Committees referred to in paragraph
Course Offerings. The course offerings, which shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Board of Trustees of Camden County College or other appropriate bodies under New Jersey Law, including courses and number of sections of each course, commensurate with anticipated student enrollment and class size maximum, shall be decided by those faculty members who teach the courses and shall have the final approval of the Academic Xxxx.
Course Offerings. When offering any or all of the courses specifically listed in Annex A, signatory institutions will offer the course(s) consistent with the indicated course description(s) and student learning outcomes as listed in the Academic Course Guide Manual (ACGM).
Course Offerings. In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the PWR Act, and the Statewide Competencies and Policies, the Parties agree to collaboratively establish the following transitional math courses to be delivered by the District:
Course Offerings. The Board has the exclusive right to determine the course offerings that shall be offered by a Unit in an academic term. The Chair shall make NTT Faculty workload assignments based upon programmatic needs.
Course Offerings. Dual Enrollment college credit courses are recommended to the State Board of Education by the State Articulation Coordinating Committee as meeting high school graduation requirements. The Dual Enrollment Course -- High School Subject Area Equivalency List states the relationship between high school and college course subject areas and dictates the awarding of credit for said classes (available online at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/articulation/pdf/DEList.pdf). All courses in the Statewide Course Numbering System, with the exception of remedial courses and physical education skills courses, can be used for Dual Enrollment credit and count toward high school graduation, including electives. These courses may include but are not limited to communications, humanities, mathematics, science, social sciences, foreign languages, and workforce education courses. Physical education, college preparatory, and non-credit courses in addition to courses within selected limited access programs are excluded from this agreement, as are courses with activities that presume an adult-level of maturity and personal responsibility such as study abroad. Neither traditional high school nor dual enrolled high school students may be permitted to pay to take any college courses, including physical education or college preparatory classes. Dual Enrollment students must be A.A. or A.S. degree seeking students.
Course Offerings. The Association agrees that courses to be offered to students utilizing distance video are at the discretion of the Board of Education and Superintendent, as are all other curriculum offerings.
Course Offerings a. Incorporate CVC-OEI support services (or equivalents) as outlined in Appendix B.
b. Explore developing additional online courses that fill critical gaps as outlined by the CVC-OEI management team.
