Progression for After-School Care employees. An after-school care employee shall be paid on the appropriate scale and step having regard to their previous experience and qualifications held, and shall progress through the wage scale after each 12 months satisfactory, continuous service provided that an employee is employed for more than 10 hours per week. Where an employee is employed for 10 hours or less per week, they shall progress through the wage scale after each 18 months continuous service.
