Temporary Change in Hours. Where a part-time employee increases the number of weekly class contact hours (but less than full-time) for a period of up to four weeks, the additional hours shall be paid on the basis of l/l,000 of the employee’s annual rate (this rate is inclusive of holiday pay).
Temporary Change in Hours. 5.12.1 Notwithstanding Article 5.1, whenever in the best interest of the classified employee and the District, the classified employee and the classified employee’s supervisor may mutually agree to a temporary change of up to one hour and up to a three (3) month period in the unit member’s regular reporting time. 5.2.10.2 Voluntary agreements may be initiated by the bargaining unit member or the immediate supervisor by submitting the appropriate form (See Appendix-H). Voluntary agreements will become effective when signed by all of the following: the requesting member, supervisor, CSEA chapter president (or designee) and designated district representative. The change in hours listed in the voluntary agreement is a temporary change in regular hours and shall not exceed 180 working days in any one student calendar year. Voluntary agreements cannot be used for summer schedules.
