Accumulation of Vacation Leave An employee who has earned at least ten (10) days' pay for each calendar month of a vacation year shall earn vacation leave of:
Sick Leave Accumulation Employees hired prior to January 1, 2019 shall accumulate sick leave at the following rates: Years of Service Sick leave hours 0-5 years 120 hours per year (15 days) 6-10 years 130 hours per year (16 days)

Vacation Accumulation (a) Vacations are not cumulative from year to year.
Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no longer than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.
Accumulated Sick Leave The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.
