PROHIBITED USES OF THE VEHICLE. No Vehicle may be used by or for any of the following uses (each, a "Prohibited Use"), subject to applicable law: o By a driver who is not an Authorized Driver(s). o By any driver under the influence of intoxicants, drugs, or any other substance known to impair driving ability. o For any illegal purpose. o By anyone who gives you a false name, address, age or other false or misleading information. o In any abusive or reckless manner or if convicted of careless driving. o To carry persons or property for hire. o To tow or push anything. o In any race, contest or training activity. o On unpaved roads. o If the vehicle is stolen and the member does not return the original ignition key, file a police report and cooperate with National. o For any use in Mexico without the prior written permission of the renting location. All protection is void in Mexico. National' s written permission must be obtained and special insurance must be maintained before entering Mexico. IF THE VEHICLE IS OBTAINED OR USED BY OR FOR ANY PROHIBITED USE OR IN VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT, THEN, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW (A) ANY LIMITATION OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THE AGREEMENT IS VOID AND YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RESULTING DAMAGES, INCLUDING THE COST TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE UP TO THE VEHICLE FAIR MARKET VALUE, LOSS OF USE, ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES, DIMINISHMENT OF VALUE, AND ATTORNEY' S FEES, AND (B) WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LDW AND THE LIABILITY PROTECTION, AND SLI INSURANCE ARE VOID.
PROHIBITED USES OF THE VEHICLE. The vehicle may not be used: (1) To carry persons or property for hire; (2) To push or tow anything; in a race or similar contest; (3) for any illegal purpose or in the act of a crime, that could be charged as a felony; (4) While a driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or driving in a state of drowsiness; (5) Outside Arizona State without prior written consent from Red Rock; (6) To cause damage to the vehicle by intentional, willful, reckless or wanton misconduct; (7) By anyone other than the authorized driver(s); (8) if obtained by fraud or misrepresentation. For purposes of this agreement, willful, reckless or wanton misconduct includes, but not limited to: a. To use the vehicle on other than regularly maintained roadways, private driveways or parking lots, without Red Rock’s written permission. b. If any goods or personal property are hauled on the roof of your
PROHIBITED USES OF THE VEHICLE. 5.1 The Hirer will not use the Vehicle or allow the Vehicle to be used for any purpose for which it is neither designed, suitable nor hired including (without limitation) the carriage of passengers and/or property for hire or reward; not to sublet or hire the Vehicle to any other person; not use the Vehicle for any unlawful, hazardous or unusual purpose; propelling or towing any other vehicle or trailer or for any similar purpose without the Owner’s prior written consent; racing, rallying, pace-making, reliability, speed testing or other trials, competitions of any sort or driver tuition; carrying a number of passengers and/or property which would cause the Vehicle to be overloaded or would cause any applicable restriction to be exceeded; the use of the Vehicle on any surface other than roads with a tarmac or concrete surface over which there is a right of way (public or private) for motor vehicles.

Additionally, you agree not to: • Use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Website, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Website. • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Website. • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Website, or for any other purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, without our prior written consent. • Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website. • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website. • Attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website.

  • Prohibited Use 4. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

  • Permitted Uses Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

  • Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition.

  • PROHIBITED DECKING AREAS Purchaser shall not deck right-of-way timber in the following areas:  Within the grubbing limits.  Within 50 feet of any stream.  In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism.  In locations that impede drainage.  On slopes greater than 40%.  Against standing trees unless approved by the Contract Administrator.

  • Permitted Use Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • Prohibited use of card (a) You must not use the card, and/or otherwise operate the card account to pay the current balance.

  • Prohibited Uses and Disclosures BA shall not use or disclose PHI other than as permitted or required by the Contract and Addendum, or as required by law. BA shall not use or disclose Protected Information for fundraising or marketing purposes. BA shall not disclose Protected Information to a health plan for payment or health care operation purposes if the patient has requested this special restriction, and has paid out of pocket in full for the health care item or service to which the PHI solely relates [42 U.S.C. Section 17935(a) and 45 C.F.R. Section 164.522(a)(vi)]. BA shall not directly or indirectly receive remuneration in exchange for Protected Information, except with the prior written consent of CE and as permitted by the HITECH Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 17935(d)(2), and the HIPAA regulations, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.502(a)(5)(ii); however, this prohibition shall not affect payment by CE to BA for services provided pursuant to the Contract.

  • Prohibited Content You may not access Google services from an Application that: (a) contains any viruses, worms, trojan horses, or the like; and (b) is distributed primarily for the purpose of (i) distributing pornographic, obscene, excessively profane, gambling-related, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal content, or (ii) distributing content related to “hacking” or “cracking.”

  • Prohibited Substances Not to use or consume in or about the Property at any time any of the drugs mentioned in the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 or any other controlled substances the use of which may hereinafter be prohibited or restricted.
