PROHIBITED USES OF THE VEHICLE. You will violate Paragraph 1.5 and the Agreement if you or a person you allow to possess or operate the Vehicle (regardless of whether that person is an Authorized Driver) do any of the following:
PROHIBITED USES OF THE VEHICLE. 1.) Vehicle will not be used or operated by anyone:
o a. Who is under 25 years of age;
PROHIBITED USES OF THE VEHICLE. 5.1 The Hirer will not use the Vehicle or allow the Vehicle to be used for any purpose for which it is neither designed, suitable nor hired including (without limitation) the carriage of passengers and/or property for hire or reward; not to sublet or hire the Vehicle to any other person; not use the Vehicle for any unlawful, hazardous or unusual purpose; propelling or towing any other vehicle or trailer or for any similar purpose without the Owner’s prior written consent; racing, rallying, pace-making, reliability, speed testing or other trials, competitions of any sort or driver tuition; carrying a number of passengers and/or property which would cause the Vehicle to be overloaded or would cause any applicable restriction to be exceeded; the use of the Vehicle on any surface other than roads with a tarmac or concrete surface over which there is a right of way (public or private) for motor vehicles.
5.2 The Hirer shall not operate the Vehicle, or permit it to be operated, under the influence of alcohol or drug.
5.3 The Hirer will not take or allow the Vehicle to be taken outside the Republic of Kenya without the Owner’s prior written consent or authorization.
5.4 Without limiting the obligations of the Hirer under this Agreement, the Hirer will be liable to compensate the Owner for all costs and losses suffered as a result of the wrong fuel type being used in a vehicle (including petrol being put into a diesel vehicle, or any fluid into the AdBlue reservoir) while it is on hire to the Hirer.
PROHIBITED USES OF THE VEHICLE. No Vehicle may be used by or for any of the following uses (each, a "Prohibited Use"), subject to applicable law: o By a driver who is not an Authorized Driver(s). o By any driver under the influence of intoxicants, drugs, or any other substance known to impair driving ability. o For any illegal purpose. o By anyone who gives you a false name, address, age or other false or misleading information. o In any abusive or reckless manner or if convicted of careless driving. o To carry persons or property for hire. o To tow or push anything. o In any race, contest or training activity. o On unpaved roads. o If the vehicle is stolen and the member does not return the original ignition key, file a police report and cooperate with National. o For any use in Mexico without the prior written permission of the renting location. All protection is void in Mexico. National' s written permission must be obtained and special insurance must be maintained before entering Mexico. IF THE VEHICLE IS OBTAINED OR USED BY OR FOR ANY PROHIBITED USE OR IN VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT, THEN, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW (A) ANY LIMITATION OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THE AGREEMENT IS VOID AND YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RESULTING DAMAGES, INCLUDING THE COST TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE UP TO THE VEHICLE FAIR MARKET VALUE, LOSS OF USE, ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES, DIMINISHMENT OF VALUE, AND ATTORNEY' S FEES, AND (B) WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LDW AND THE LIABILITY PROTECTION, AND SLI INSURANCE ARE VOID.
PROHIBITED USES OF THE VEHICLE. The vehicle may not be used: (1) To carry persons or property for hire; (2) To push or tow anything; in a race or similar contest; (3) for any illegal purpose or in the act of a crime, that could be charged as a felony; (4) While a driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or driving in a state of drowsiness; (5) Outside Arizona State without prior written consent from Red Rock;
PROHIBITED USES OF THE VEHICLE a) Vehicle will not be used or operated by anyone:
1) Who is under 25 years of age;
2) Who is not listed as an additional driver on the rental agreement;
b) To carry persons or property for hire;
c) In any race, test, or similar type contest or activity;
d) In a careless or negligent manner;
e) Under the influence of alcohol or narcotics;
f) Outside the continental United States UNLESS WRITTEN PERMISSION HAS BEEN GIVEN BY NORTH ATLANTA RV RENTALS PRIOR TO RELEASING THE VEHICLE;
g) For any illegal purpose or in the commission of a crime;
h) Obtaining from North Atlanta RV Rentals by fraud or misrepresentation;
i) Driven on roads other than paved roads, graded private roads or driveways;
j) Loading vehicle beyond its rated capacity;
k) Allowing more passengers than the vehicle has seat belts for, or is designed to carry;
l) Taking the vehicle into MEXICO. Early Returns / Extending Rental Dates: Renter is responsible for looking over the rental contract to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct before they leave on their rental. There are NO refunds for early returns. If renter does not return on their scheduled return date and has not called NORTH ATLANTA RV RENTALS, LLC for approval to extend, renter will be charged additional rental day (s), inconvenience fees, or loss of revenue whichever is greater. By signing below you acknowledge that you have been given an opportunity to read the terms of the Policies and Conditions agreement before being asked to sign. Your signature permits us to process a credit card voucher in your name for all rental charges, vehicle damages, extra rental charges due to mileage, generator and dumping charges due under this agreement and the Policies and Conditions agreement. You also understand that there are no refunds for early termination. Additionally, your signature evidences your consent to pay the security deposit of $750 for class C and $2,500 for class A ($3000.00 for Renters with service animals) which will not be returned if there is damage to the unit. Renter will be charged the following on the attached credit card, as evidenced by Xxxxxx’s initials.
