Project Administration/Management. A. The RECIPIENT shall administer the project. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to: maintenance of project records; submittal of payment vouchers, fiscal forms, and progress reports; compliance with applicable procurement and interlocal agreement requirements; attainment of all required permits, licenses, easements, or property rights necessary for the project; conducting, coordinating, and scheduling of all project activities; quality control; and submittal of required performance items. B. The RECIPIENT and its designees shall manage the project. Efforts shall include conducting, coordinating, and scheduling project activities and assuring quality control. The RECIPIENT shall ensure that every effort will be made to maintain effective communication with the RECIPIENT's designees, the DEPARTMENT, all affected local, state, federal jurisdictions, and /or any interested individuals or groups. The RECIPIENT shall carry out this project in accordance with completion dates outlined in this Agreement. Creation & coordination of a steering committee, will be comprised of the RECIPIENT, Kitsap County, Department of Ecology, Kitsap County Health District, Illahee Forest Preserve Group, private property representatives, and may include other agencies and jurisdictions. C. The RECIPIENT shall submit all invoice voucher submittals and supportive documentation to the DEPARTMENT’s Financial Manager. Invoice voucher submittals shall include State of Washington Invoice Voucher Forms A19-1A, B2 (ECY 060-7), C2 (ECY 060-9), D (ECY 060-11), and G (ECY 060-14). The A19-1A form must include an original signature. Forms E (ECY 060-12), F (ECY 060-13), H (F-21), and I (ECY 060-15) must be completed where eligible costs have been incurred. Blank forms are found in Administrative Requirements for Ecology Grants and Loans D. The RECIPIENT shall submit to the DEPARTMENT’s Project Manager the following documents and in the quantities identified: • Electronic copy of draft project completion reports – one copy • Final project completion reports – three copies • Electronic copy of final project completion report The RECIPIENT shall submit two copies of any document(s) which require DEPARTMENT approval. Once approval is given, one copy will be returned to the RECIPIENT. If the RECIPIENT needs more than one approved copy, the number of submittals should be adjusted accordingly.
Project Administration/Management. This task includes project management duties and meetings. Communication with the City’s project manager will occur at to-be-determined intervals throughout the project and allow the Project Team (Stantec) to report on project status and coordinate project-related items.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide: (i) For indemnification or insurance arrangements (or any combination of the foregoing) such that the Fund will be adequately protected against the risk of loss of assets held in accordance with such contract; (ii) That the Fund's Assets will not be subject to any right, charge, security interest, lien or claim of any kind in favor of the Eligible Foreign Custodian or its creditors except a claim of payment for their safe custody or administration or, in the case of cash deposits, liens or rights in favor of creditors of such Custodian arising under bankruptcy, insolvency or similar laws; (iii) That beneficial ownership of the Fund's Assets will be freely transferable without the payment of money or value other than for safe custody or administration; (iv) That adequate records will be maintained identifying the Fund's Assets as belonging to the Fund or as being held by a third party for the benefit of the Fund; (v) That the Fund's independent public accountants will be given access to those records described in (iv) above or confirmation of the contents of such records; and (vi) That the Delegate will receive sufficient and timely periodic reports with respect to the safekeeping of the Fund's Assets, including, but not limited to, notification of any transfer to or from the Fund's account or a third party account containing the Fund's Assets. Such contract may contain, in lieu of any or all of the provisions specified in this Section 3(b), such other provisions that the Delegate determines will provide, in their entirety, the same or a greater level of care and protection for the Fund's Assets as the specified provisions, in their entirety.

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.

  • Information Management Information and Records

  • Loan Administration Advances made under the Loans shall be as follows: (a) A request for an advance shall be made by Borrower giving Lender notice of its intention to borrow, in which notice Borrower shall specify the amount of the proposed borrowing, whether such proposed borrowing will be a borrowing under this First Revolving Loan or the Second Revolving Loan, and the proposed borrowing date, not later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern time one (1) business day prior to the proposed borrowing date; provided, however, that no such request may be made at a time when there exists an Event of Default. (b) In the case of each request for an advance under the First Revolving Loan, Borrower shall deliver to Lender, concurrently with delivery of the notice of borrowing required by clause (a) of this Section 18.4, a Borrowing Base Certificate executed by Borrower and prepared as of a date not more than thirty (30) business days prior to the date of such requested advance. (c) Borrower hereby authorizes Lender to disburse the proceeds of each revolving credit advance requested by wire transfer to such bank account as may be agreed upon by Borrower and Lender from time to time or elsewhere if pursuant to written direction from Borrower. (d) All revolving credit advances and other extensions of credit to or for the benefit of Borrower shall constitute one general Obligation of Borrower and shall be secured by Lender's lien upon all of the Collateral. (e) Lender shall enter all revolving credit advances as debits to a loan account in the name of Borrower and shall also record in said loan account all payments made by Borrower on any Obligations and all proceeds of Collateral which are indefeasibly paid to Lender, and may record therein, in accordance with customary accounting practice, other debits and credits, including interest and all charges and expenses properly chargeable to Borrower. All payments and collections shall be applied first to fees, costs and expenses due and owing under the Documents, then to interest due and owing under the Documents, and then to principal outstanding under the Loan. (f) Lender will account to Borrower monthly with a statement of the Loans, charges and payments made pursuant to this Agreement, and such accounting rendered by Lender shall be deemed final, binding and conclusive upon Borrower unless Lender is notified by Borrower in writing to the contrary within thirty (30) days of the date each accounting is mailed to Borrower. Such notices shall be deemed an objection to those items specifically objected to therein. (g) Borrower shall establish one or more bank accounts for deposits of advances made under the Loans and for deposits of repayments of Third Party Loans, and shall assign such accounts to Lender. Borrower shall not deposit advances from Lender or repayments from borrowers under Third Party Loans into any other accounts.

  • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
