PROJECT CONTACTS AND NOTICES. The individuals identified in the CFI Project Agreement are the prime contacts for matters relating to this Agreement. Each party shall provide notice to the other party of any changes to the prime contact information. All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party’s prime contact and shall be sent by email or overnight mail, except for cure and default notices which shall be sent by certified mail. Unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement, reports may be provided by email. Notices and reports are effective upon receipt. Any notice or report delivered by email shall request a receipt thereof confirmed by email or in writing by the recipient and the effective date shall be the date of receipt, provided such receipt has been confirmed by the recipient.

The DISTRICT’S Signature Authority supersedes the approval requirements provided in this Subparagraph. The DISTRICT'S Contract Manager is not authorized to approve any time extension which will result in an increased cost to the DISTRICT or which will exceed the expiration date set forth in this Agreement. 1.2 The DISTRICT'S Contract Manager is authorized to adjust a line item amount of the Project Budget set forth in the Project Plan, or, if applicable, the refined budget as set forth in Subparagraph 4 of the Funding Paragraph. The authorization must be in writing, explain the reason for the adjustment, and be signed by all appropriate DISTRICT staff in accordance with the DISTRICT’S Signature Authority. The DISTRICT'S Contract Manager is not authorized to make changes to the Scope of Work and is not authorized to approve any increase in the amounts set forth in the Funding Paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Customer Contacts CLEC, or CLEC's authorized agent, are the single point of contact for its End User Customers' service needs, including without limitation, sales, service design, order taking, Provisioning, change orders, training, maintenance, trouble reports, repair, post-sale servicing, Billing, collection and inquiry. CLEC will inform its End User Customers that they are End User Customers of CLEC. CLEC's End User Customers contacting Qwest will be instructed to contact CLEC, and Qwest's End User Customers contacting CLEC will be instructed to contact Qwest. In responding to calls, neither Party will make disparaging remarks about the other Party. To the extent the correct provider can be determined, misdirected calls received by either Party will be referred to the proper provider of Local Exchange Service; however, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to prohibit Qwest or CLEC from discussing its products and services with CLEC's or Qwest's End User Customers who call the other Party. 10.1 In the event Qwest terminates Service to CLEC for any reason, CLEC will provide any and all necessary notice to its End User Customers of the termination. In no case will Qwest be responsible for providing such notice to CLEC's End User Customers.

  • PERMITS, FEES AND NOTICES 4.7.1 Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits and governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work which are customarily secured after execution of the Contract and which are legally required at the time the bids are received.   • Governmental and Third-Party Notices and Consents (a) Each Party shall use its Reasonable Best Efforts to obtain, at its expense, all waivers, permits, consents, approvals or other authorizations from Governmental Entities, and to effect all registrations, filings and notices with or to Governmental Entities, as may be required for such Party to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and to otherwise comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
