Project Introduction Letters. Phase 2 Following the completion of the 30% design phase as shown in subtask 10.2.1, the Consultant shall prepare exhibits showing the location of the existing utilities in relation to the proposed project. The Consultant shall prepare one (1) Project Introduction Letter to be sent to the Utilities describing Project improvements and estimated construction schedule.
Project Introduction Letters. Following the recommendation of an alternative in subtask 4.4, the Consultant shall prepare one (1) exhibit showing the location of all known utilities in relation to the proposed project footprint. The Consultant shall prepare one (1) Project Introduction Letter to be sent to all known utilities describing the project improvements and estimated construction timeline.
