Right of Way Survey. Prepare Right of Way map to determine the existing ownership and existing right of way. Prepare a KMZ file with ownership information, proposed takings and a preliminary roadway layout
Right of Way Survey. The Consultant will perform survey needed to accurately determine existing right-of- way limits and establish side property lines.
Right of Way Survey. Right-of-way determination will be based upon record title information, found monuments shown on recorded survey maps and County right of way maps and deeds. Once the areas for the potential right-of-way acquisition have been defined by DHA, the adjoining property boundaries will be more accurately defined for use in preparation of legal descriptions for proposed permanent right- of-way takes where required. Right of way plats will be prepared in accordance with County standards for each property owner that shows both permanent takes and temporary construction easements. SHN surveyors will flag the proposed R/W lines for inspection/approval by the County right-of-way agent and property owner (if permanent right-of-way is required). At the completion of the project, SHN will provide the County and DHA with a hard copy and digital drawing file compiled in AutoCAD Civil 3D .dwg file format of the project base map.

Right of Way Survey. Perform a search of survey records and existing monuments. Determine the right of way of Elm Street and intersecting streets within the project limits. Adjacent parcel lines will be shown graphically based on County GIS data, scaled to project ground datum. Show all right of way and parcel lines on a base map. All found monuments will be provided to the Engineer in support of future monument perpetuation.
Right of Way Survey. Road Right of Way Research and Mapping o Perform additional survey, road and deed records research in order to resolve applicable road rights-of-way within the project area. o Road right-of-way calculations, resolution and mapping  Acquisition (Contingency) o Title report/vesting deed review and mapping (assume up to seven (7) parcels) o Legal descriptions and exhibit maps (assume up to two (2) fee and five (5) temporary)  Parametrix to provide city with a Land Owner Notification Letter to be approved and distributed to land owners by the city.  Includes payment of the Deschutes County Surveyor review and filing fee for a Record of Survey.  Excludes the re-establishment of any destroyed property or PLSS corners during the construction of this project

Right of Way Survey. A boundary/Right-Of-Way survey of the intersection area will be provided. All property corners will be recovered or replaced and visibly flagged. Adjoining roads rights-of- way will be established per current deeds and/or road rights-of-way plans in the area of work.
