Right of Way Survey. Task is to be performed by Xxxxxxxxx and Associates, Inc. –See attached Scope of Work.
Right of Way Survey. Right-of-way determination will be based upon record title information, found monuments shown on recorded survey maps and County right of way maps and deeds. Once the areas for the potential right-of-way acquisition have been defined by DHA, the adjoining property boundaries will be more accurately defined for use in preparation of legal descriptions for proposed permanent right- of-way takes where required. Right of way plats will be prepared in accordance with County standards for each property owner that shows both permanent takes and temporary construction easements. SHN surveyors will flag the proposed R/W lines for inspection/approval by the County right-of-way agent and property owner (if permanent right-of-way is required). At the completion of the project, SHN will provide the County and DHA with a hard copy and digital drawing file compiled in AutoCAD Civil 3D .dwg file format of the project base map. Included in this deliverable will be the Digital Terrain Model of the project surface and field survey points files.

Right of Way Survey. Road Right of Way Research and Mapping • Perform additional research of survey, plat, ODOT plans, road, and deed records in order to resolve applicable road rights-of-way within the project area. • Road right-of-way calculations and final right of way resolution. • Review and calculate right of deeds as found on the tax maps to incorporate into the resolved right of way. • Side street right-of-way calculations and final right of way resolution within the project area. • Research for railroad right of way 1,000-feet north and south on the intersection with NE Olney Avenue. • Railroad right of way resolution within the 1,000-foot sections north and south of the intersection with NE Olney Avenue • Incorporate right of way linework into the basemap. ♦ Consultant shall provide the City with a Landowner Notification Letter to be approved and distributed to landowners by the City. ♦ Consultant shall notify both ODOT and BNSF of the work within their rights-of-way and obtain the necessary permits for survey access. Cost of any ODOT permits will be the City’s responsibility. ♦ The provided survey data, as shown in figure 1, will be incorporated into the drawing basemap without field verification or boundary determination. Consultant cannot guarantee the accuracy of the provided data but will make their best effort to combine the data. No right of way field work or resolution will be performed with the provide survey data area. ♦ Given the time of year the survey will be done, inclement weather conditions may affect the field work schedule. ♦ Prior to field survey activities, Consultant shall coordinate utility locate marking in the vicinity of the project to identify locations of water, sewer, gas mains, power, telephone, and cable conduits, etc. Consultant shall use the online Oregon Public Request site for the markings. The utilities shown on the basemap will be dependent on the quality and completeness of the utility markings. The time estimated for this task is a one-time attempt to get a complete locate. ♦ Public utility info found on Bend Maps and Open Data Viewer will be drafted into the basemap. ♦ Utility potholing is not a part of this scope. ♦ Work will be limited to one-round of field work for each task.
