Routing Analysis Draft and Final Reports: Engineer will summarize the results of both routing analysis in a draft report and schedule/ attend a project meeting to review the report findings and City comments. This will include preparation of an agenda and presentation materials as appropriate to review the findings of the report. The Engineer will incorporate comments received from the City into the report and provide a final version of the report in paper and electronic format.

Project Meeting. Commencing upon the execution of the Modification, Landlord and Tenant shall hold periodic meetings at reasonable times, upon reasonable notice, with the Space Planner and the Construction Manager regarding the progress of the preparation of the approved Working Drawings, and the construction of the Tenant Improvements and base, shell and core. Meeting notes shall be prepared by Landlord and provided to Tenant following each meeting.
