Meetings and Reviews. The Parties will conduct regular telephone conferences to discuss any corrective actions that may be required to keep the project on track. The Parties will conduct formal project reviews at checkpoint dates. These meetings will be face-to-face, by video conference, or by teleconference.

Meetings and Reviews. (a) Customer Personnel shall be entitled to attend the meetings and reviews (including meetings and reviews held by electronic means) of Contractor and of Contractor with any Subcontractor(s) where such meetings and reviews (or portions of such meetings and reviews) are related to Customer's project schedule, management, engineering, design, manufacturing, integration, testing, or Launch and shall have the right to participate in and make recommendations, but not to control, give directions or assign actions, in all meetings and reviews at the system, subsystem and unit level, as well as in internal program reviews. Contractor shall (i) submit an agenda at least ten (10) Calendar Days in advance of the meeting or review, (ii) take minutes, (iii) maintain an action items list, and (iv) circulate the minutes and action items to Customer within five (5) Calendar Days following the meeting or review. (b) In the event a meeting or review is convened at the facilities of Contractor or a Subcontractor relating to the Work, Contractor shall, except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions of this Contract, provide reasonable advance notice in writing to Customer (e.g., one week for regularly scheduled meetings) and shall make reasonable and appropriate arrangements to facilitate the entry of Customer Personnel to the meeting place. (c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer and Contractor acknowledge and agree that a large number of meetings, including impromptu meetings, will be held during the normal course of performance of this Contract and that, in all instances of meetings relating to this Contract, notice to Customer or Customer's presence at all such meetings may not be practicable. Accordingly, Contractor is not required to provide notice to Customer of such impromptu, unscheduled, informal and otherwise casual meetings (informal meetings), provided that Contractor shall supply to Customer within a reasonable time following any such informal meeting, any material notes, decisions, actions items or other such product of such informal meetings that would otherwise be provided to Customer at meetings Customer would normally attend.

Meetings and Reviews. 8.1 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR’s designees shall meet on a monthly basis to review FAMILY progress and services provided by CONTRACTOR. The review may include, but is not limited to, an evaluation of the necessity and appropriateness of services provided, share case information and additional services to support FAMILIES and transition them into Welfare to Work and educational activities. 8.2 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR shall participate in CalWORKs Outcomes and Accountability Review and HVP evaluation meetings as requested by ADMINISTRATOR. 8.3 ADMINISTRATOR may meet with CONTRACTOR to provide oral and/or written feedback regarding the case management of FAMILIES served by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall comply with the findings and take corrective action accordingly. 8.4 CONTRACTOR agrees to participate in additional meetings upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request.

Meetings and Reviews. Sea Launch and Inmarsat agree to conduct meetings/reviews as often as necessary to allow timely execution of all activities to support the Mission. These shall include, but not be limited to the meetings/reviews identified in Table 1.1.4-1. Approximate timing of the meeting/review is shown, with the final timing to be agreed to between Sea Launch and Inmarsat. Inmarsat is invited to all meetings listed in Table 1.1.4-1. The Sea Launch Mission Manager and the INXXXXXX 0 Xission Manager shall agree upon specific meeting location, agendas, logistics and participation in advance, on a case-by-case basis. Sea Launch and Inmarsat shall have access to the Sea Launch and Inmarsat facilities to attend meetings and reviews as defined above. Inmarsat is invited to witness activities related to the launch vehicle hardware assigned to the INXXXXXX 0 xission at Sea Launch Home Port and the launch site. The Sea Launch Mission Manager shall advise the INXXXXXX 0 Xission Manager as to the schedule and location of the various reviews and activities. Participation at launch vehicle hardware reviews is subject to the provision of applicable Technical Assistance Agreements. The number of attendees to view activities at the launch site may be limited by available accommodations on the ACS. Sea Launch and Inmarsat shall obtain necessary approvals for their respective personnel to attend the meetings and/or reviews. To track all actions identified during applicable meetings and reviews, Sea Launch shall create and maintain an Action Item list. The Action Item list shall be presented at applicable reviews. Sea Launch shall also provide a draft version of the meeting minutes signed by both Sea Launch and Inmarsat at the completion of the meeting. Final documentation from the meeting will be prepared and provided expediently.

ADMINISTRATOR may provide oral and/or written feedback 19 regarding the case management of FAMILIES served by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall 20 comply with the findings and take corrective action accordingly. 21 In the event CONTRACTOR, ADMINISTRATOR, and SSA’s Family Self 22 Sufficiency representatives and/or ADMINISTRATOR’s designee are unable to resolve 23 differences of opinion regarding the necessity and appropriateness of services and length of 24 services, the dispute shall be submitted to COUNTY’s Director of Family Self Sufficiency for 25 final resolution. Nothing in this subparagraph shall affect COUNTY’s termination rights under 26 Paragraph 41 of this Agreement.
Meetings and Reviews. (a) Consultant and/or sub-consultant shall make such reviews, attend such meetings and make such contact as are necessary to accomplish the services requested. (b) Consultant shall provide a schedule of task milestones if requested by the FDOT Project Manager. (c) Consultant shall assist the FDOT Project Manager in preparing for the R/W “hand-off” meeting with Design, Construction and other personnel, as appropriate, which will occur after the R/W project has been certified for construction. Consultant shall provide a packet, including but not limited to, the following items prior to submittal of the final invoice: 1) R/W ownership table (i.e., “parcel register”); 2) Any agreements that have items/conditions that survive the closing and may impact construction; 3) Copies of all license agreements, both executed and not executed; 4) A spreadsheet noting each property owner or contact person with name, address, telephone number, and parcel number for all temporary construction easements and license agreements; 5) Copies of temporary construction easements, Orders of Taking and Final Judgments that include items/conditions that may impact construction; 6) Other pertinent documentation for reference purposes.
