Promotion Increases. A Bargaining Unit Faculty Member who is promoted from Associate Professor to Professor shall receive an increase of 7.5% of that Member’s annual base salary. A Bargaining Unit Faculty Member who is promoted from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor shall receive an increase of 7.5% of that Member’s annual base salary.
