Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.
Market Adjustments 22. Neither this Article nor any other in this Collective Agreement prevents the Employer from using other funds to increase a Member’s salary in response to offers received from other employers or to accommodate other market forces.
Pay Adjustments (1) Where the rate of pay of a position or job is adjusted upwards, the employee shall be placed on the lowest step of the new pay range which will give him/her a monthly increase and the increment anniversary shall be that date.
Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.
Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable. Workforce Adjustment (a) The Parties recognize that workforce adjustment may be necessary due to the elimination of positions resulting from a reduction in the amount of work required to be done by the Commission, reorganization or program termination.
Supervisory Differential Adjustment 99. The Appointing Officer may adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose schedule of compensation is set herein subject to the following conditions:
