Job Change. 2.4.1 Any significant changes in job function for a new position or an Employee or any changes in job description or new job description for a position in the Bargaining Unit shall be subject to mutual agreement between the Union and the Employer.
2.4.2 Any change in job function or job description which removes an Employee from the Bargaining Unit shall be regarded as the creation of a new position.
Job Change. An employee serving a Probationary Period is permitted to job bid pursuant to Section 18.1 but may not apply for positions pursuant to Section 18.2 unless an exception is made with the consent of the employee’s current manager.
Job Change. If a bargaining unit employee moves to a different RN classification, the bargaining unit employee will be paid at the same step in the new classification.

Job Change. If the Employee changes jobs from one Company Group Member to another, this Agreement will be deemed au- tomatically assigned by the first Company Group Member to the other Company Group Member.

Job Change. In a promotion to Charge Nurse or to any lead position (e.g., Lead Social Worker or Lead Physician), the bargaining unit employee shall retain their existing step.
