Promotional Levels. After receiving tenure, a Full-Time Faculty member shall have two (2) additional opportunities to be promoted, beginning with Senior 1 Tenured Faculty and then followed by Senior 2 Tenured Faculty, provided all criteria have been met and the promotion has been approved by the College. Upon attainment of Senior 1 Tenured Faculty status, the faculty member’s base salary shall be increased to fifty-eight thousand one hundred fifteen dollars ($58,115) or an increase of two thousand three hundred dollars ($2,300), whichever results in a higher salary, starting with the first academic quarter after Senior 1 is granted (excluding summer). Upon attainment of Senior 2 Tenured Faculty status, the faculty member’s base salary shall be increased to sixty thousand one hundred fifteen dollars ($60,115) or an increase of two thousand three hundred dollars ($2,300), whichever results in a higher salary, starting with the first academic quarter after Senior 2 is granted (excluding summer).
