Promotional Salary Increases a. Effective FY 19, upon promotion from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor, the bargaining unit member’s base annual salary shall be increased by $8,000. For those promoted in FY19, their promotion increase will be raised to this level and the total promotion increase to the bargaining unit member will not exceed $8,000. Any increase under this section does not apply to bargaining unit members who were promoted and received an increase for a promotion prior to FY19. b. Effective FY19, upon promotion from Associate Professor to Full Professor, the bargaining unit member’s base annual salary shall be increased by $10,000. For those promoted in FY19, their promotion increase will be raised to this level and the total promotion increase to the bargaining unit member will not exceed $10,000.   • Salary Increases The Employer agrees to pay the negotiated salary increases to every employee not later than the month following the month in which this Agreement is signed and not later than the month following the month in which any subsequent salary increases become effective.

  • Salary Increase Effective December 1, 2015, salary rates shall be increased by 2.25%.

  • Salary Increments The Employer may grant an increment for meritorious service after an Employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the day established in Article 25.07 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his rate of compensation as established in Articles 25.04, 25.05, or 25.06.

  • Promotion Increases (a) Promotion salary increases shall be granted in an amount equal to 9.0% of the employee’s previous year’s base salary rate in recognition of promotion to one of the ranks described below: (1). To Associate in , and Assistant University Librarian; (2). To Associate Professor, Associate Scholar/Scientist/Engineer, and Associate University Librarian; and

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Annual Increases On each anniversary of Employee's termination from employment, any remaining amounts to be paid during the next year pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the amounts required to be paid by Employer hereunder under the provisions of this Paragraph 9 during the preceding year.

  • Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • Benefit Increases Benefit payments may be increased as provided in Section 2.1.3.

  • Basic Salary For all your services rendered under this Agreement, UO shall pay you a salary at an annual rate of no less than $450,000, or at such higher salary as may be determined by your performance review and the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR. Such higher salary shall subsequently be deemed the annual rate, commencing on such date as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR may determine, for purposes of this Agreement.
