Protection of Your Information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide our services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personal information. All employees are subject to a policy regarding confidentiality.

Protection of Your Information. (a) We employ physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorised access to your information. We have selected to utilise such safeguards based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and process. (b) While we warrant to utilise such procedures to safeguard your information to the best of our abilities, we shall not be liable in the event of third party security breach(es) to the Site or the App.
Protection of Your Information. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any credit card information or payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site or Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share any password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will endeavour to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site or the Services. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Protection of Your Information. All remote access to Xxxxxxxx.xxx is conducted over HTTPS, an encrypted web link secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This is the same method used by banks and commercial entities to secure sensitive data from interception. We encrypt user data. Xxxxxxxx.xxx stores data on our secure database servers, operated by Microsoft (Azure). Physical access to our servers is strictly limited. Access to the servers in the data centre requires proof of identify (photo ID) and is controlled by magnetic card readers and keys to both the cages and individual cabinets that surround the server racks, all of which are monitored by the data centre security staff using CCTV. Remote access to the data is limited to the tools needed by the IT support staff to maintain and operate the servers and is restricted to known users (identified by usernames and secure keys) connecting from known locations (IP addresses).

  • PROTECTION OF YOUR CONTENT 5.1 In order to protect Your Content provided to Oracle as part of the provision of the Services, Oracle will comply with the applicable administrative, physical, technical and other safeguards, and other applicable aspects of system and content management, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/us/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/index.html. 5.2 To the extent Your Content includes Personal Data (as that term is defined in the applicable data privacy policies and the Data Processing Agreement (as that term is defined below)), Oracle will furthermore comply with the following: a. the relevant Oracle privacy policies applicable to the Services, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/us/legal/privacy/overview/index.html; and b. the applicable version of the Data Processing Agreement for Oracle Services (the “Data Processing Agreement”), unless stated otherwise in Your order. The version of the Data Processing Agreement applicable to Your order (a) is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/corporate/contracts/cloud- services/contracts.html#data-processing and is incorporated herein by reference, and (b) will remain in force during the Services Period of Your order. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Data Processing Agreement and the terms of the Service Specifications (including any applicable Oracle privacy policies), the terms of the Data Processing Agreement shall take precedence.

  • Your Information You must provide updated information to any person to whom you claimed to be an exempt payee if you are no longer an exempt payee and anticipate receiving reportable payments in the future from this person. For example, you may need to provide updated information if you are a C corporation that elects to be an S corporation, or if you no longer are tax exempt. In addition, you must furnish a new Form W-9 if the name or TIN changes for the account; for example, if the grantor of a grantor trust dies.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.

  • Protection of Confidential Information The Servicer shall keep confidential and shall not divulge to any party, without the Seller’s prior written consent, any nonpublic information pertaining to the Mortgage Loans or any borrower thereunder, except to the extent that it is appropriate for the Servicer to do so in working with legal counsel, auditors, taxing authorities or other governmental agencies or it is otherwise in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices.

  • Information The Buyer and its advisors, if any, have been, and for so long as the Note remain outstanding will continue to be, furnished with all materials relating to the business, finances and operations of the Company and materials relating to the offer and sale of the Securities which have been requested by the Buyer or its advisors. Neither such inquiries nor any other due diligence investigation conducted by Buyer or any of its advisors or representatives shall modify, amend or affect Buyer’s right to rely on the Company’s representations and warranties contained in Section 3 below. The Buyer understands that its investment in the Securities involves a significant degree of risk. The Buyer is not aware of any facts that may constitute a breach of any of the Company's representations and warranties made herein.
