Security of Your Data. We will implement reasonable risk-based measures, tailored to our systems, networks and environment, that are designed to secure Your Data against accidental or unlawful loss, access or disclosure while it is in our possession or control.
Security of Your Data. We will use commercially reasonable technical, organizational and security measures designed to protect Your Data in our possession against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, as further described in the Data Security Addendum.

Without limiting the following, D-Crunch shall maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of the Documents. User acknowledges that the structure of the systems used in connection with the Services makes it technically possible for a limited number of D-Crunch personnel to access the Documents. D-Crunch personnel will only access the Documents subject to the confidentiality restrictions in Section 4 hereof, and with the consent of User or to the extent reasonably required (i) to perform the Services on behalf of User; (ii) to investigate or correct a system error or otherwise improve the Services;
Security of Your Data. (a) We take measures to protect Your Data from security threats. These measures shall include organisational restrictions on accessing, using, modifying, or disclosing Your Data.
(b) As data often travels over networks we do not control, we cannot guarantee complete security or confidentiality of Your Data. We are not responsible for any data lost, intercepted, or altered on third party networks or systems unless due to our negligence or intentional misconduct.
(c) You are responsible for the security of Your Data when it is in your own possession or that of your end users, including any of your accounts and passwords. You must not hold us responsible or liable for your failure to maintain your own appropriate security over Your Data.
(d) You are responsible for backing up Your Data. We are not liable for any unauthorised access or use of Your Data, or any corruption, deletion, destruction, or loss of any of Your Data.
Security of Your Data. 8.2.1. You are prohibited from disclosing your personal and identity authentication data to any third person and/or letting anyone access your profile or watch you access it.
8.2.2. You must keep your identity authentication data confidential and be responsible for the loss or misuse of any identity authentication data, including exclusive liability for any consequence of their use by unauthorised persons.
8.2.3. You must take at least the following actions to keep your Neocard profile safe: ▪ use strong passwords that should be complex, not related to your public data, consist of capital and small letters, numbers, and special symbols, not used elsewhere, ▪ change your password regularly and do not use the same across other online accounts, ▪ set up and use strong customer authentication were prompted for the logging up and confirmation of your transactions wherever possible, ▪ regularly check your email due to potential notices of us of security breaches and/or unusual behaviour (e.g., logging in to the profile from a new IP address/device or fraud suspected or committed), ▪ regularly, at least once a month, to check IP addresses used for logging in to Neoweb banking solution and Neocard App, ▪ when logging in to the profile, make sure that this environment (internet address) is not of fraudsters, ▪ use antivirus software and other security means recommended by security experts during the use of our services and regularly update operating systems and software used in hardware, ▪ regularly check transactions executed on your account to make sure that unauthorised transactions have not been conducted, ▪ after using our system, immediately log out of it and close it.
Security of Your Data. Centaur will use reasonable precautions to prevent the unauthorised disclosure of your data and will not decrypt your data. We will not, however, be responsible or incur any liability for any matters, including without limitation, any unauthorised access to your data, including by third parties to whom you have intentionally or inadvertently given shared access. If Centaur is served with a subpoena or is otherwise lawfully compelled to provide access to your data, we will, subject to it being lawful, notify you of that fact.
Security of Your Data. The Company protects your personal information by implementing security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss or destruction. However, it is your responsibility to make sure the computer you are using is secure and adequately protected against malware such as Trojans and viruses. You are informed that without adequate security measures (e.g. secure configuration of your web browser, updated anti-virus programs, firewall software) or by downloading a software from dubious sources, you expose yourself to the risk that the data and passwords you use to protect your data may be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Security of Your Data. We hereby acknowledge that in collecting and processing your Personal Information for the purposes of managing your Player Account, we are bound by strict legal provisions on the protection of personal data.
Security of Your Data. We will maintain commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of Your Data. These safeguards may include encryption of Your Data in transmission (using SSL or similar technologies) as described further in the Security Policy on Our Websites.
Security of Your Data a. We will use reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Data and IoT Data that is stored within the IoT Platform and control from any misuse, loss and unauthorised disclosure, through use of industry accepted:
i. security methods and technology (including firewalls); and
ii. software designed to protect systems against malicious code.
b. Unless otherwise expressly provided in these TOS, we are not responsible to you for unauthorised access to any of your IoT Data or the unauthorised use of the IoT Platform except to the extent the unauthorised access or use results from our failure to meet our security obligations under this section to protect your personal information. You are responsible for the use of the IoT Platform by any person to whom you have given access to the IoT Platform, and any person who gains access to your IoT Data or the IoT Platform as a result of your failure to use reasonable security precautions, even if such use was not authorised by you.
c. Your IoT Data will only be available to you during the period that you continue to be a registered user of the IoT Platform using the functionality provided on the IoT Platform for this purpose. Except to the extent otherwise required by law, you acknowledge we have no obligation to provide your IoT Data to you after your right to use the IoT Platform ceases.
