Provision of Courses. NIGP agrees to provide Courses for Chapter based on the NIGP Course offerings selected by Chapter as set forth in Exhibit A attached, or as shown as being available on the NIGP Course Catalog online at the location and pursuant to any reasonable logistics specified by the Chapter in the Seminar Request and Logistics Form located on the NIGP Website (collectively, the “Services”).
Provision of Courses. The College will award transcript credit for courses agreed for which Dual Credit Course Agreements have been approved and such courses shall be evaluated and approved through the College curriculum approval process, and shall be taught at the College level. Regular academic policies and procedures applicable to regular college courses and students will also apply to dual credit courses.
Provision of Courses. Students must be enrolled in dual (both high school and college-level) credit courses approved by the College to receive both high school and college credit for the courses.

Provision of Courses. The College will award transcript credit for dual credit courses that have been approved by BCHS and College, with primary emphasis on the Core Curriculum requirements for all Associate of Arts and Associate of Sciences degrees. Such courses shall be evaluated and approved through the College curriculum approval process, and shall be taught at the College level.
Provision of Courses. For the fall and spring semesters, the University will provide University credit courses (without pre-requisites) for which a MOA has been signed by and between the District and the University. These courses will be taught by WSU faculty or staff and can be taken either as an audit or for credit decided by the student and their team. These courses will be offered on campus at WSU. Course enrollment may be influenced by the educational coaches’ contractual agreement with the District, as well as the high school’s transportation schedule. WSU retains final discretion over the availability of all courses offered through the program and will follow WSU course registration guidelines.
Provision of Courses. The Delegate will be solely responsible for determining whether the Course is sufficient and suitable for the needs of the Delegate. The University does not provide any guarantee in respect of the standard of a Delegate’s abilities on completion of the Course. The Delegate will provide the University with all information reasonably requested by the University in connection with the Course. Fees include the services set out in the Course advertisement as amended by the University and usually include access to all parts of the course and the facilities, course materials, administrative support, refreshments and a Certificate of Attendance. Unless indicated otherwise, Course Fees do not include travel, accommodation, subsistence, insurance or other costs that might arise prior to or during the term of the Course. The Delegate agrees to apply with all applicable policies and regulations of the University. The University reserves the right to remove the Delegate from a Course or exclude a Delegate from University premises if the behavior or demeanor of the Delegate is considered unacceptable. Delegates are responsible for complying with all United Kingdom entry and visa requirements and for obtaining the necessary consents to enable their participation on the Course. The rejection of a visa or other entry application by the British authorities does not affect the terms set out in these Booking Terms and Conditions and the Delegate will remain liable for the Course Fee. The Delegate warrants that it has all necessary visas, permissions and consents required for their stay in the United Kingdom and attendance of the Course.
Provision of Courses. Course topics may be added or removed throughout the year. Courses may be delivered virtually or in-person. In-person course requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only scheduled in areas with a low risk of COVID-19 contraction. For courses that are approved to be conducted in-person, Chapter agrees to abide by all local, state, and federal laws, recommendations, and requirements for hosting in-person events. It is Chapter’s sole responsibility to know and understand these laws, recommendations and requirements and implement appropriate protocols for safety and cleaning. Chapter may request delivery of courses by completing the Course Request Form located on the NIGP Website (collectively, the “Services”).
Provision of Courses. 5.1. Courses shall be provided by Decoded at the Venues and at the dates and times that are specified in the Purchase Agreement unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.
Provision of Courses. All courses taken by RECHS students at JCU shall be approved by the JCU curriculum approval process, and shall be taught using the college curriculum. CHUH teachers and JCU Faculty will design experiences that give RECHS and other qualified CHUH students an opportunity to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills in a real world setting. These Learning Centers will be housed off campus and will include a College and High School course with a joint service learning project.
